Adams Auto was on our list of a few places we wanted to visit based on inventory we’d seen online. We called to verify that the vehicle we wanted to see was in stock as we’d shown up at out lots and the car we came to see was no longer there. They verified that it was and asked to set an appointment. I told them we were on the way. The woman insisted that we set an appointment. It seemed silly to me so I looked at GPS and set an appointment about 20 minutes from current time. Once we got there, I understood why we needed the appointment. The car we wanted to see was waiting for us. Lance was our sales person. He was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. I told him about the other cars and he was complementary about our choices vs knocking them. He focused on the car we were testing. We had planned to continue looking but the vehicle was what we wanted and Lance’s laid back approach made us feel comfortable. We decided to purchase. It was an easy process. We decided to pick it up on a later date for various reasons. When we did, Marcus, the finance guy had everything organized and ready to go. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Amir asked that we do a Google Review: Purchased a 2009 Ford F250 Service body truck with approximately 35000 miles on March 23, 2026. I was not purchasing a perfect truck and I knew that. There were going to be some issues that we would need to address like locks on the boxes, seat cover, etc. I was assured that that the truck was ready to go. It was driven from Charlotte to the Hickory with attached brakes and rotors. I was told that the truck had an oil change, new battery was gone thru by the service department. The reason for the new battery is because the radio will not turn off after the key is removed from the ignition. However, that is something I expect to deal with. I do expect to purchase a "safe" vehicle that has good brakes. I do believe the attached photos show otherwise. Currently my staff is having to do a complete brake job with rotors and pads. Update on issues with purchased truck: Worked with Adams on issues with truck. Repairs were made and we are very pleased with the end result of the situation. Very attentive about our concerns and with positive dialogue.
