Tom was great! He had the exact car I was looking for!! I test drove it and it was a dream. I got the car about 2 weeks later after all the paperwork was finalized. He was professional and went above and beyond to ensure I got the keys in my hand!! My only recommendation is to be patient!! Tom is a busy guy but always gets it done. I couldn't be happier with my wheels. And he's going to look over my old car and hopefully give me a good price for it! One stop shop! Highly recommend working with Tom. Bought a car from them and an issue arose with the vehicle shortly after. There is no way they would have known about it without driving the vehicle a significant amount, but even so, when I told the owner about it he immediately jumped into action and helped me. Not only did he tow the car for me back to his shop and repair it, but he picked me up so I didn’t have to Uber to pick it up. They even had to replace a whole piece of the vehicle. The car now works amazing and they didn’t charge me a dime extra. For once there is an auto salesman I trust and recommend them 100%.

I highly recommend Premier Souther Autos, my car got in an accident and was undrivable. We did some research and found a beautiful 2016 Toyota Rav 4 for sale so we drove an hour and a half away to go check it out. The car was in great condition and Tom was very helpful. We took it on a test drive within 2 minutes of us entering the dealership and when we came back he explained all of the paperwork and what to do next in a very helpful way. We ended up having a problem along the paperwork side and Tom allowed us to stay after hours so we could fix the issue and ended up being able to call a tow for my old car and drive the new one off the lot the same day. In the meantime he had plenty of different free beverages available, they filled up the gas tank all the way on the new car, and they were very helpful and on top of it. I would definitely reccomend this place to any friends or family who are looking to trade in or get a new car!
