Scotty is a true gem. The whole team at Enterprise was a breath of fresh air in a really annoying situation. Everyone we interacted with from start to finish was kind, pleasant, helpful, patient, happy and more. Nicco was involved and helped, he is a super great guy, and was helpful and funny and informative. Quasar helped us finish up everything we had going and made sure we were all set, and was such a great asset to the whole process. Even Matt jumped in and helped with the rental return. Everyone worked together seamlessly and in a way that made us feel comfortable and valued. From the first phone call from Scotty, I knew I wanted to buy a car from him. He has such a great, genuine personality, and I found him trustworthy and very kind. He was so happy to help us find a car that worked for us, and he did everything with a smile on his face and was genuinely excited to help us. He is a really wonderful asset to the team, and I wish him all the success in the world. I really didn’t know what to expect from buying a car from Enterprise, and I was a little skeptical. Even when I needed time to think and process everything, I never felt pressured. The whole team there was just so great that I don’t think there’s anywhere else I’ll want to buy a car from. I am truly grateful for the kindness and care the whole team at Enterprise showed us during this process, and from now on, I will recommend people to buy a car from them. We will be back, and look forward to working with everyone there again.

An impressive experience. They represent what a car buying experience should feel like. No pressure and very supportive, going above and beyond to get the job done. They are straight up and realistic. No sugar coating. What you see is what you get and I respect that. Vehicles are competitively priced and good inventory. I wouldn't recommend Enterprise Car Sales. Nicco worked hard to get the best financing options possible. Cynthia kept me on the leash. I was actually at another car lot when I reached back out to Enterprise and it's the best decision I could of made on top of trading in the 2004 BMW. The registration process was a bit more complex than anticipated. At the end of the day they will get you in a vehicle just plan on having at least 10 hours of your time available as there's no telling how long you'll be there to close the deal and pull off the lot. I'm about 13 hrs in at the moment. So I had to edit this review. After having the vehicle for 6 months knowing there's a second key which Cynthia told me they had to keep. I assumed it went to the finance company, which it did not. I've just refinanced from the sky high interest rates they approve you for and know no one knows where the key is and let Nieco tell it Cynthia is no longer a member of the sales team. The level of customer service goes from a 4 to a 2 once they have gotten you approved with an APR of 27.9. Totally not happy with Enterprise at all....... Niece literally tried explaining how it comes with one key as if he was at the desk with us. Enterprise purchases new vehicles that come with 2 keys/key fobs. There's an additional cost for the second key says Nieco. Do they just discard of them after not even explaining that at the time of purchase and giving you the option to add that few hundred dollars on top of all the othe BS plans they try to sell you. I would never recommend anyone there. I was recommend due to their financing connections. If you look at their financing structure you'll see it will take forever to pay it off.
