Tom dioguardi is absolutely phenomenal. It took less than an hour to get me in my car. Very patient, very sweet and would recommend him 1000x. I will get all my children's vehicles from him. Very personable human being. Rigby the dog is real and so sweet too. Very impressed 👏 Thank you Tom, you're amazing!!!

With my income being low I didn’t think I would be able to get a car but Tom did what he does best and I had my car within that same day got my insurance and drove off the lot the next day . Car has no issues it’s been a month and absolutely no problems . I love my car that TOM got me and and of course we LOVE RIGLEY 🐶 who was there and was such a joy . Great experience all around . HIGHLY RECOMMEND DIOGUARDI . Tom is a joy to talk to also gives great advice (not just about cars ) ☺️

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this dealership has been frustrating from start to finish. About five months after purchasing my vehicle and an extended warranty from this dealership, I began experiencing intermittent starting issues. When I contacted them, my concerns were dismissed and I was essentially told there was nothing wrong. It was later discovered by my husband that the vehicle had been sold to me with a cracked battery that was slowly leaking, which was ultimately causing the problem. Fast forward three years, I noticed the rear of my vehicle wasn’t sitting properly. After speaking with someone who owned the same vehicle and experienced a similar issue, I began calling repair shops to have it inspected. I contacted more than 20 different facilities because I specifically wanted to avoid returning to this dealership. That’s when I learned that the extended warranty sold to me is primarily serviced through their shop, leaving customers with very few options and essentially forcing me to return there for repairs. Unfortunately, that experience only reinforced my concerns. Not only was the original issue not properly resolved, but additional problems were created in the process. Communication was poor, the customer service was disappointing, and the overall experience felt more frustrating than helpful. To make matters worse, the service department’s hours are extremely inconvenient, and there isn’t even a secure drop box available for customers who need to leave their vehicles outside of business hours. Between the initial dismissal of legitimate concerns shortly after purchase and the recent repair experience, I have completely lost confidence in this dealership. Purchasing a vehicle and extended warranty should provide peace of mind, not years of frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.
