I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, always locally. This was my first experience buying a car from 800 miles away. Of course, I was leery. But after initially talking to Richard and hearing about the longtime family business, I immediately felt relieved and comfortable! I spoke with Richard several times. He was most accommodating, even Facetiming with me showing me, in detail, any part of the car I wanted to see. Even laying on the ground to show me video under the car! Once I decided to purchase the car, I mostly dealt with Sarah. She also went above and beyond to answer all my questions, handled all the paperwork completely and arranged enclosed shipping for my car. This turned out to be my best car-buying experience! Purchased a used 2018 Chevy Tahoe here. Richard and his team were great and made the buying process painless. He sent more pictures and details on the vehicle as requested and also picked me up from the airport as I was from out of town. Drove back home without a hitch. Great vehicle! I recently purchased a used 25 Mustang from Aiden. The process was great, and truly an easy purchase with no pressure whatsoever. I was a bit undecided on which vehicle I wanted and he worked with me to find the one I wanted. The financing was a breeze. The reason it lost a star, the final product was poor. The car is still dirty, hardly detailed. And I wasn’t given a full tank of gas. Aiden did offer a free detail, but I’m not sure if that’s the right place to get it cleaned right.
