I cannot recommend Abbott Motors enough. I am from Cleveland and was 200 miles from home when my Jeep Wrangler’s hybrid system failed in Buffalo. It was an incredibly stressful situation, but finding Tim and his team was the best luck I could have had. Even though they realized my specific hybrid repair required a specialized dealer tool they didn’t have, they didn't just turn me away. Tim (the Service Manager) took the time to thoroughly review the car, explain the issues clearly, and even touched up my cooling system to ensure the vehicle was stable. The best part? He didn't charge me a dime for the evaluation. In an industry where it’s easy to feel taken advantage of, Tim showed genuine compassion and integrity. **** Editing my review to clarify and update**** My husband, recently purchased this vehicle. As soon as I left this review, just yesterday, and flood of positive, and fake reviews appeared on their page praising their mechanic who attempted to fix a starter and left things unhooked and detached at the time of “fixing.” My husband broke down on his way to academy and all signs pointed to mechanic negligence. We will see you in court, Tim Peckham. Original review: Dangerous negligence. Stay far away from this dealership and shop. Not only did they sell a POS car, when they had to fix it up after just a few weeks of having it off their lot, they left things unhooked and loose under the hood when they were supposed to fix and replace a starter. This is unacceptable. Dirty mechanics.
