Wow. Such an amazing experience with liberty auto today! I had an appointment set for an inspection and i was kindly/professionally greeted by Ferris and finished within 5 minutes of being there! He absolutely blessed me today by servicing me, i couldn’t be more grateful for the assistance and help he provided to me today. Overall the environment of the company was quiet and well kept too! For now on, I’ll be coming here for service. Thanks guys

Its usually to give such a good review for small used car dealers. But at Liberty Auto Plus the guys here were so upfront and open about the cars they sell, truly refreshing to deal with honest used car dealer. Here to buy car for my son, they gave a very honest review of cars we were interested in. Explained how they obtained each and what work had been done to vehicle. Would highly recommend if in area.

It’s pretty pathetic that I have to leave a comment here because I’ve tried reaching out and of course they would just send me elsewhere instead of trying to help me, but I purchased my truck the end of May the beginning of June 2025 had problems with it told them about it that it was jumping gears that the radio kept flickering that’s clearly an electrical issue and here I am I haven’t had a vehicle in the last three months I lost my job due to the fact vehicle is still in the shop. Nobody knows what’s wrong with it and they didn’t help me at all and I’ve talked to both of the guys that run the place clearly just got the runaround and got sent to go somewhere else. I have only given this place one star because that’s the only option that gives me if I could go lower than that I definitely would very disappointed I spent 10,300 on a vehicle that I can’t even drive and they didn’t offer to do shit to help me and the only reason I’m leaving a comment now and it’s not like it’s gonna make a difference. It’s just because I’m tired of sitting at home with no vehicle and I’ve given them damn near all my money to put me in something good not something that I was gonna have nothing but issues with smfh

Liberty Auto Plus sold me a Jeep that was in terrible shape — it had no oil, no coolant, a broken coolant tank, a damaged headlight, and all-wheel drive that doesn’t even work. The nuts on the tires were stripped, and they knew about every single issue. Their response? "It's a used car." Well, a used car shouldn't be broken before you even buy it. I paid $11,000 for this Jeep, not expecting to be misled or taken advantage of. They exploited my lack of knowledge and didn’t even bother to check the fluids before handing over the keys. Be cautious with them — they seemed friendly at first, but they’re dishonest and will disappear after the sale. I’ve been to the dealership, and they gave me a list of repairs I now have to fix because Liberty Auto Plus sold me a vehicle in complete disrepair. I regret ever stepping foot in their lot and wish I’d bought my Jeep elsewhere.
