Well it's always scary when you go to a shop with the car repair but at family Auto I found honesty fair pricing and quality work. And I guess that's the best feeling you can have when you're a customer worried about your vehicle. Hats off to the mechanics at family Auto

Terrible business transaction, very rude will never recommend this company. They need to practice better communication skills. And learn how to treat their customers. I will be also reporting them to NYS. Remember not to be rude to your customers when you don’t know who they are.

My husband and I were in need of a second vehicle. We went to family auto sales to purchase a vehicle when we drove the car for a test drive we were told that the car was $5900. When we got our contract in the mail the car was actually $6900 had a transmission line leak . Ron said he would fix it…. upon noticing the tranny leak we noticed that the exhaust needed to be replaced. Ron said he would replace the exhaust he never did he slapped mud on it and called it a day. I had to put a $300 exhaust on the car, the car now needs a new transmission and keeps blowing codes with the check engine light on within eight months we’ve put $3200 into the car four brand new sensors four new spark plugs, four new coils, and it is still not completely properly operational. First time I had a problem. Angela told me that she thought I was scamming her. When I drop the car off for the exhaust, they had my car from Friday till Sunday and I picked up my car after they closed the shop for the day…when I told her that he did not do the exhaust, she treated me like I was trying to get something over on them. What a terrible experience and now my husband and I are left to pay finance charges for a vehicle that will probably not last till the end of the contract. I just don’t know how Angela or Ron can sleep at night, knowing that they do this to Good hard-working people!!!! I discovered most of these problems within the 30 days of just getting the car My mechanic told me to take the car back I should’ve done just what he told me to do and I didn’t and now I have to suffer for that!!!! God does not like ugly!!!! 7/28/2025 Update….car has a blown transmission and I can’t get the transmission repaired because the underneath of the car is so rusty that it won’t even pass New York state inspection. Now I’m still left with finance charges that I have to pay for and I don’t even have the car anymore you know what Angela you’re right God don’t like ugly honey he sees. And that’s probably exactly why you lost your sellers license in New York State. Have a blessed day honey.
