We just bought a truck from Duncan Motor Car. Chris was great to work with. He always answered us right away and went out of his way to have the vehicle ready very quick. The interior of the truck was already very nice, but Chris had it cleaned for delivery, it looked great and exceeded our expectations. This was one of our easiest vehicle purchases and we are incredibly happy with the truck.

I recently purchased a 2015 Ram ProMaster 1500 from Duncan Motors in Buffalo, NY. The salesperson (JOHN) was quite friendly, and the customer service was fantastic. John was very informative throughout the sales process, ensuring that my vehicle met safety and state inspection standards. I would definitely recommend Duncan Motors with respect to speaking with John as your sales person.

Have gotten multiple cars from them. Always respected and listened to. Never had an issue with any car or anything from.

Never got the opportunity to buy a car but service 0/10. Filed financing. It says they’d reach out. 3 days later no word. I follow up, yes I didn’t leave my name in the text though my information was already submitted. Would’ve took two seconds to figure out. Instead he gives me an attitude and after a bit of back of forth says it’s because the finance manager is having a surgery on his heart. I guess no business can get done until this one employee is back. I then said I also have cash finance isn’t the only option. Because I expressed my frustration with no being reached back out to as an active customer. Tbe response is “I wouldn’t want to sell you a car anyway”. Not only do you have awful customer service but turn away easy cash purchases. THEN continues texting me privately for the next 20 minutes how it was my fault. This was at the Delaware location, recorded phone call and texts are posted in Buffalo rides on Facebook feel free to join. Definitely suggest taking the extra 5 minute to drive to south park rayz auto. ALSO be careful. After making this freedome of speech post about my experience. I was followed up with legal threats from the same jerk.
