Did my annual inspection here and they ask for $40 cash but I only bring $21 that the amount you should be paying for any inspection service. They told me to go to ATM across the street but I say no and they have no choice but to accept my $21 Stay away or you will get scam 90% of the time

Rude employees, went there at nine a m.They weren't opened.I stayed parked outside till nine thirty.Still didn't open left called back at ten a m.They told me they were open to come in.I brought my car there.The man came outside and told me to come back at two p m?? I said, i'm just here for an inspection.Then, he told me to get out the car so he could drive my car in the garage, and I had to wait in the lobby.I want to see what they're doing to my vehicle.So he told me to leave.
