RDA Buffalo

I recently had an oil change and an inspection at Right direction auto. My car was pulled in within 10 minutes of arriving for my 12 PM appointment and the service was excellent. The price was reasonable and I will go back there again.

This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from a smaller dealer, and it was fantastic. Jackie was professional, responsive, and all around great to work with. The next time I need a vehicle, I'll definitely go back. If I need work done on any of my vehicles, I'll definintely go back. I only write 5-star reviews, but they MUST BE EARNED. I went to RDA for an oil change booking the appointment was super easy and fast I’ve had my vehicle for about 6 months and I haven’t had any problems with the vehicle and any slight problems that I did have they took care of it right away I would highly recommend RDA and big shout out to Jackie she’s been the best since day one 💯

I have been searching for a honest, trustworthy and reasonable priced Shop for my car. I came cross RDA, where I recently took my BMW X2 for Oil Filter housing/cooler replacement. The team at RDA, from the initial call to pick-up day, were amazing! They provided the best and friendliest customer service I've received in a while. They were quick to get my car fixed and provided reasonable/affordable price. I have since then took my car for a oil change and will return for tires/alignment etc. This will be my go to place for my car! RDA Buffalo is one of the few auto mechanics that won't try to scam or overcharge you! I had a very helpful front desk employee named T that helped me with my services and was super friendly. If your new and not sure where to find a reliable auto mechanic then come on down!
