Hassib is the man! Couldn't have asked for a more smooth and seamless transaction. We purchased a Lexus from out of state and he made every step from start to finish a breeze. The car was mint and he was able to get us a great rate on the financing and closed the deal quick. I would 100% buy another car from these guys in the future without hesitation!

After having a BAD experience trying to buy a truck at a different dealership, that went on for a month, my son and I ended up here. He saw a truck that matched what he was looking for on their website, did a test drive, and got everything signed that day. Hassib was very fair when negotiating pricing and got it to where he could afford to buy. Had the vehicle ready when they promised. The next day he had a small issue with the rear sliding window and they took care of it in minutes, no charge. The process was smooth and easy and my son feels great about the whole experience. Definitely recommend.

After purchasing a vehicle here, (23 VW GTI, 18k miles) the car was very dirty as if it had not been detailed at all. I noticed my tires had bubbles and bulges in them, on the side wall and the tire face, as well as a nail and a screw in another tire I had to plug over the weekend. I went and had it diagnosed at a tire shop and was told there was absolutely no way this vehicle passed a NYSI legally. I ended up having to argue with one of the owners that day on whether or not the bubbles came from me or were previously on the vehicle (this happened on the following Monday after I picked the car up on Friday). After some back and forth the owner decided to put the cheapest tires he could find on my new GTI. I didn’t want that, as the tires that come on the car are a high performance summer tire. So I paid the difference for a tire that belongs on the car that I purchased. Still not the same quality as OEM tires but similar.. and I paid $400 more out of pocket for them. As I walked out the owner said with a smirk “I saved you a lot of money”. As if he didn’t illegally pass my vehicle for NYSI. Soon after I started hearing a bad rattle noise coming from my vehicle around 2k rpm to 3k rpm. I had to check into the engine noise. So I had it diagnosed at VW, by a master technician as having “timing chain noise” that needed to be diagnosed further. I was told by the seller that the vehicle still was under full factory warranty, although I did not receive paperwork. When I asked him to show me before purchase, somehow he distracted me into forgetting I asked him, (I believe we were signing papers at the time and doing other parts of transaction so it was happening all at once). When at VW I learned that none of that was true. In fact my engine will not be fixed under factory warranty, due to the engine being tuned by previous owner. I decided that’s okay because I still have implied warranty by NY state for used vehicles. So I was told by south point to bring my car in to drop it off the following day. After going in to drop my vehicle off to the dealership to have it fixed the owner told me that he didn’t believe that there was anything wrong with my engine after having me start it in the parking lot and nothing else. Then proceeded to argue with me about the validity of the diagnostic I have from Cooley Volkswagen. Told me if I wanted to have it fixed I had to bring it back the following week and have an appointment. All this done while under 4k miles and under 90 day warranty implied from NY state. The “owner” also called me an asshole and said there’s bad customers and bad dealerships after I told him how disappointed I am with the customer service. I may have been an asshole after being screwed over a couple times he’s right. I have received nothing but horrible customer service starting after my car was given to me. Lucky for me I’ve been to multiple other shops and have documented everything so far. We will see how it goes from here. Waiting on some sort of reply from the “owner” who sold me my car. Apparently the two brothers own the dealership together.

We have had nothing but issues with the vehicles purchased from this dealership. Two were purchased within a few weeks of each other, and at the time I would have written a great review about the transaction, but I decided to wait a few months and can no longer leave a positive review. Both the vehicles have had numerous problems since about a month after purchasing. We purchased the warranty that was recommended and that, along with the service department, has been a joke. I've lost count of how many times the vehicles have had to be towed back for service with the supposed repairs not resulting in fixing the problem. We finally were fed up and took it to our own mechanic who was able to fix the one issue within a few hours. But of course, a few months after that, more issues. I would chalk it up to perhaps a car being a lemon, but not when wo vehicles were purchased and both have the same issues of mechanical problems unresolved with their repair department. They don't appear to know what they're doing and I would not trust any vehicles at this dealership. Numerous calls have been placed to the owner and no resolution has been made; we are just told to have the car towed into the service department, wait a few weeks, told it's fixed, and sent on our way, only to have the issues recur. I spoke with a friend who had purchased a vehicle here years ago and they also felt they were taken advantage of. I will never recommend this dealership and would discourage anyone from purchasing a vehicle here

They will tell you that you are getting a great deal but then a week after buying the car problems start check engine light and then you bring it back to them to fix it since they just said it was all good but then their mechanic seems to not be real or not experienced at all and makes things even worse. end up bringing the car to an actual dealership and realize that they scammed from the start
