Justin Pakatar gave us undivided attention throughout the whole process, which helped me make an informed decision. I looked at several dealerships during my search, and I was most impressed by the experience at the Lia Hyundai. Everyone we interacted with was professional and courteous. No other dealer in the area came close to treatment I received there. I love my new Santa Fe and the new relationship with Justin Pakatar at Lia Hyundai.

If you are looking for a Hyundai go see Faiz Mandozai at Lia. He treated my daughter with respect and dignity. He made the transaction easy and smooth. He was very attentive to our needs and terms. We made the trip up from downstate which was about 3 hours. Anthony the sales manager is a true gentleman. We had a little discrepancies on the deal and he made it right. He went above and beyond. Please look these guys up and you won’t be disappointed.

Sales team- 10/10. Karen was amazing to work with, made the whole process simple and actually enjoyable. Amazing sales team. Service team- 3/10. They're friendly and professional. Until yesterday I had no complaints. Went in for my second Hyundai service, the ones at 7500 miles for new vehicle. Drive an hour to get there. Spent 3.5 hours in waiting room with my 3y old daughter. Hour home. Then realize that the wheel I had accidentally scraped.. was still in the same position on the car. So tires not rotated. That made me curious what else wasn't done. What about that multipoint inspection? Nope. Not done. Guaranteed not done. Neither air filter should have passed that. There should have someone in lobby trying to sell me filters. Should have been a note on my inspection overview sheet. Nah. Send it. Bounce on out man. So in 3.5 hours they put two pop in clips in seatbelt (I verified that with the NHTSA recall notice installation instruction video) that take about 5 minutes to click in place, and oil change, told me everything else was good and sent me on my way. Thanks for reinforcing why I absolutely do not trust dealerships to do service.
