Keeler Pre-Owned

I just purchased a used Explorer ST from the keeler pre owned center. I dealt with Robin as the initial contact who set me up with salesman Chris Rodriguez. The whole buying process was wonderful. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will absolutely recommend others to purchase from keeler and deal with Chris.

I bought a 2025 Toyota Crown Signia from Keller Pre- Owned and saved a lot of money versus buying brand new. The Salesman Donald Perillo was very pleasant and helped me get the deal done. Very happy with the outcome.

I recently bought a VW Tiguan as an upgrade for a family vehicle. The salesman Don Perillo was great. He answered all my questions and wasn't pushy on extras I wasn't interested in. They offered a great price for my trade-in, and the total price of the Tiguan was amazing. Two minor hiccups which made me take away 1 star: 1. The car had been advertised as having a blind spot sensor on the mirrors, but it actually doesn't. This was a 2022 model, and that year the chip shortage caused a lot of features to pulled from certain models. Not a huge deal, as it was a nice to have, and maybe that's why I got such a good deal on it, but I was a little disappointed. 2. They weren't able to transfer the plates from my trade in because they failed to write down the license plate number when I first visited, and their subsequent phone call the next day was when I was in a meeting and couldn't respond. I got back to them within an hour and a half, but apparently that wasn't fast enough, as there was a deadline to finish the paperwork. They then charged me an extra $84 for the new plates. I probably could have argued with them about it, but it was the end of the day, and I didn'thave the energy for it. It's more the principle of the matter. In my opinion, they should have eaten that cost. All that being said, I still walked away feeling like I got a great deal which is all a customer can really ask for.
