Keeler Motor Car Company

I recently had to purchase a new X1 BMW due to the fact I was hit and my car was a loss! I like to lease it’s easier I can’t put into words how wonderful Jordan my salesman and Toby his manager were to me ! It was such a stressful time but I left so satisfied with my new vehicle the customer service and follow up was outstanding! This is the best dealership ever

I have been buying my cars from Keeler’s in Latham since 2008, but decided to buy my 2026 Honda HRV in Kingston. My thought was to buy closer to home as I am getting older but it was a BIG MISTAKE. I was relieved to learn that I did not have to return to the dealership in Kingston and could have my car serviced in Latham. To be clear, I am not acquainted with the Kingston service department; my issue was with the sales personnel and the manner in which they conduct business. On a more pleasant note, I want to say that all the individuals I dealt with today at Keeler’s were friendly, answered my questions and most importantly, I did not feel I was being taking advantage of at any time. The new service area is beautiful- there are three waiting areas. I highly recommend Honda Keeler in Latham.

My Experience in buying my fourth Mini Convertible 2026 was extremely pleasant. Andrea was the person I bought my first mini from, and she was back for the sale of my fourth. She was very helpful and enthusiastic about Mini's. She really has a broad knowledge of Minis. She answered all my safety questions about Mini's. Araj showed me all the new components on the car. He was very patient and clear. I met with him 2 times. It was very productive. Joe, one of the business managers, was extremely kind and helpful. Leslie Campion, also a business manager, was delightful and so accommodating. On another note, I had a terrible accident, which resulted in my third Mini convertible being totaled. It completely folded up in the front and never came near me. I was unharmed. So, I really feel very safe in my new Mini Convertible

Visited the Mercedes Benz showroom in Latham not knowing exactly what we wanted. Nick Williams, the sales associate, was very patient and kind and showed us several vehicles. No hard selling or aggressive tactics. Because of how well we were treated we purchased a new GLC. I can actually say the whole process was very pleasant. Thank you Nick, and the entire staff at Keeler Motor Car Company for a job well done!!

I had an excellent experience once again at Keeler BMW. Hannah was extremely professional, answered all my questions and taught me how to use all the new updates on my 2026. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchase. Thank you Joe and Hannah for all your help, time and patience.
