First time experience with DeNooyer Chevrolet and it was truly a great experience. My sales professional, Antonio was top notch as was the owner and the wonderful ladies running the insurance part of the transaction. I traveled 2 hours to this dealership and glad I did. Would highly recommend them.
This is my second lease at DeNooyer Chevrolet and I had a great experience. My Sales Associate Scott Fyvie was very Knowledgeable and found the car that we wanted. It was a quick and easy process. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.
After looking for months I returned to DeNooyer to purchase my 2nd new Silverado from Andy Lobb. Same experience as last, no pressure sales, knowledgeable, accommodating and fair. Thanks to Christina in insurance, Nick and Joel DeNooyer for another great experience. I Highly recommend DeNooyer.
I prefer denooyer as my local Chevy dealer hands down. All my vehicles I’ve ever owned since I could drive have been Chevy brand. Salisbury being where I got my first car, then DePaula, then northstar, then DePaula again, and then denooyer. Obviously 2 of those are closed now otherwise I’d probably still go to Salisbury. But out of the 2 remaining in the Albany/schenectady area, denooyer is the better dealership overall and it’s not even close. Steer clear of DePaula would be the best advice I’d give anyone. Have had nothing but issues and inconveniences there. The trail boss I got from denooyer is probably my favorite vehicle I’ve owned up to this point. Hopefully one day I will get one of those sharp looking ZR2’s
Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. They got me a great price on a brand new traverse! The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars from me was because when I went to get my car, it was disorganized. Someone wrote I was trading in an ace when I wasn’t and the financial person missed a form for me to sign, luckily it was caught prior to me leaving. All in all a wonderful experience and I will continue to go here for service and future cars!
