Santa Fe Mazda

After studying Consumer Reports car reviews, I decided I wanted a Mazda CX-70. So I went to Santa fe Mazda to check it out. I was immediately greeted by Nicholas who turned out to be a friendly, competent sales guy. He took time to show me all the features of the SUV and then we went for a leisurely test ride. I could feel what a fine car it was. I called my husband to come and check it out. Nicholas was never impatient. My husband came and he drove the car and liked it. If there's a man, salesmen often put all their attention on him and ignore me, but Nicholas did not do that at all. We bought the CX-70. It took a while, but the sales manager explained everything and was pleasant. I returned a couple of days later to ask some questions about the complex entertainment system. The sales manager came out and took the time to show me the details of the system and answer all my questions.

I just bought an awesome Mazda Miata and I had one the best car buying experiences. Clinton was amazing. No pressure sales, no gimmicks, no tricks, no bait and switch, just a straightforward transaction. I was able to get a great OTD price, which was very fair considering the market value and KBB value of the car. I rode the train to Santa Fe and Clinton picked me up from the train station, which was super convenient. After that, I also had a great experience with Brayam, the finance manager. He was extremely helpful and friendly, and did not try to pressure me to buy unnecessary products. The price that was agreed on was the price I paid. Fair and square. He also took his time when finding me the best rate by looking at multiple credit unions, which I appreciated. If you’re looking for a nice Mazda and you want transparency in pricing as well as excellent customer service, I highly recommend Santa Fe Mazda.

I wanted a new Miata and found it at the greatest place in New Mexico in Santa Fe Mazda. Nicholas was the best informed representative for the brand. Bought my 2026 MX 5 that very day and absolutely love it. If you want a great experience in buying a Mazda check this place first !!!!

They intentionally misrepresented the condition of a vehicle online. I made an appointment to see it and drove hours to get there. Right before my appointment Bianca the sales rep tells me someone else is coming 30 minutes before me but if I pay $100 they can "hold" the vehicle for me. Then when I get there the vehicle is completely different than the images online and they wont refund my $100. Here are pictures of the actual condition of the vehicle. What dealership even sells vehicles like this? Any self-respecting dealer wholesales this kind of trash and wouldn't have it on their lot. What kind of organization is so desperate for $100 that they would set fire to their reputation for it?
