Great experience! Would recommend the service. I had a 2015 GMC Sierra and blew the engine due to oil pump failure. Had to replace the engine. The turn around on placing the new engine was awesome. Took in on a Monday and was done by Thursday. The shop was very clean. I would Highly recommend I dealt with Jose the whole time excellent service.

I've used Santa Fe Exclusive since 2014 when I first visited Santa Fe, New Mexico. When I moved there, I brought in various makes and models and all received honest, exceptional service and repair. When I purchased a late-model used Subaru from a local dealer, I was given a certain number of free service credits. Strangely enough, each service appointment discovered something No Covered that needed repair or replacement. Then, I was approaching my 90,000-mile servicing and my husband accidentally jammed the center console lid in the upright position. Not was I told that the 90K-mile service would run *a minimum* of US$960 but they would need to replace my center console to the turn of at least $650 (dependent upon labor charges). I was looking at a minimum estimate of US$1610. So, I took it to Santa Fe Exclusive where they repaired the service console for $100 labor and did More during their 90K-mile servicing than the dealership scheduled for US$550. And gave me an honest assessment of the vehicle condition and, knowing I was planning a 3,000-mile trip, tips on reducing the wear and tear based on my itinerary. Quality, caring, honest service. The only problem with Santa Fe Exclusive is that they are so good, it can be difficult to schedule an appointment — but well worth it!

They saved my 2003 Honda Element after another mechanic had made recommendations that were more in his interest than mine. I came in with leaky head gaskets which were suspected and they quickly diagnosed and suggested a low cost alternative which has worked. Since then, I've had plenty of other work done on the car here, including a transmission replacement. Basically, any time there's a significant issue, I call them and they give good advice, explain things well, and come up with a solution, often a creative one that saves cost. I can't say enough good things about how happy I've been with their service, their professionalism, and the value they provide (prices are very reasonable by local standards - I have a limited budget), and Ron and Jose are just good guys to work with, personable, straightforward and honest. Thank you Jose and Ron!

This business went above and beyond helping my daughter who broke down in Santa Fe. They were kind, curtious and more than fair with their pricing and work performed. I highly recommend this business and cannot say enough good about our experience.

On two separate occasions I took our Honda CRV and Acura RDX for diagnostics. Santa Fe Exclusive expertly found the problems and made the necessary repairs. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends!
