We drove 4 hours, so during a week process they called back quickly and provided very detailed pictures of the vehicle. Made the process easy and quick.

I purchased a vehicle for my son from United Auto group. We went to look at vehicles on a Friday and had narrowed down to one that we really liked. I told the salesman we would be back on Monday to get an inspection done on the vehicle and purchase it. On Monday morning the salesman texted me to make sure I was on my way to the dealership. Upon arrival the salesman tells me that the car just got purchased by someone else. It was very frustrating that he can text me to ask of I will come to the dealership but not give me a heads up that the car is no longer there. That is shady used car salesman behavior at its finest. They do have a great inventory of nice cars so I was able to find another car that we liked and they were fair on the price when purchasing it. Once the car was purchased, I had to go back a week later to get the title and bill of sale from them. Would have been nice to recieve that the same day to save on trips back and forth. Unfortunately the dealership did not sign all of the necessary signatures for the dmv to transfer the title so yet again, had to go back to the dealership. Just be aware it is a used car lot and they like to play used car games. Over all I am happy with the dealership but could have had a better experience.
