Freddy was awesome to work with. The best car buying experience compared to any other big or private dealership. He cared about our needs and worked hard to meet our expectations. Update: The car I bought had issues in less than 24 hours of having the car. Something under the hood started smoking so they had to tow it back. The car was around 50k miles. Freddy was super helpful at helping get the vehicle towed and setting up a follow up appointment to get me into another vehicle. I decided to not keep the first vehicle due to the issues it had and I went with another option they had for me. Glad Drivetime has the warranty for issues like this.
