After going through 3 other big name dealerships, I was losing hope about finding a new vehicle till I finally came across Zia Autos and actually got an approval! Steve and the staff really did work their magic and on our first conversation Steve said Im getting approved and taking something home and thats exactly what happened 👍 The experience was great, staff is super friendly and welcoming, professional and over all just a 5 star. I went in looking at this Palisade beauty and was thrilled that i got to take her home 😇

Zia Auto made my buying experience amazing from start to finish! Went to them for my first major car purchase and they couldn’t have made it easier. The whole team was transparent from the beginning, very friendly and not at all pushing for a sale. Nancy was very kind and a huge help in choosing a reliable vehicle that I fell in love with. She was honest with any questions that I had and worked with me to see and test drive multiple vehicles until I found the one. Travis and Steve were also super cool, and Ina was a great help with all of the financing and paperwork portions. They were flexible on the price within reason, even gave me a discount for being a healthcare worker, offered a great warranty program, and were transparent when I asked to see Carfax repair records, etc. I expected to spend hours stressed at a dealership, instead I had a painless experience with a great team and walked away with a car I loved in less than an hour. I will be recommending them to anyone looking!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Took my brother to look at a Mustang and the salesman was very nice and respectful but when we decided to test drive it, the owner came out and VERY RUDELY told us "I am here to sell cars not give joyrides so either you are going to buy it or I can drive it for you" he wanted us to buy the vehicle without test driving it per his "Insurance" (which is just plain stupid) I am 31 years old and have never heard of that! We wanted to test the clutch, suspension, ect. he then goes on to say that his mechanic shop would not let the vehicle on the lot if anything was wrong with the vehicle, to which I responded "well then why is there an airbag fault light on the dash?" He claims he did not know about that! Yeah right. Just a horrible attitude! I would never buy a vehicle from this guy! If he came out with a better attitude the conversation would've been totally different! He then called me after we left to tell me "if your going to write a bad review I am going to respond to it in my favor."
