Pitre Buick GMC

Yesterday I brought my car in for its usual oil change. It is hard to appreciate an oil change because there is nothing to see after it's completed. I did notice however that my car had been washed. I was thrilled (who wouldn't be). The best part of my experience was outstanding customer service toward an old lady of 78 years, who can never remember a password ever. The Service Advisor, Kelly Gilkerson, helped me navigate the labyrinth of finding, then using, then splitting the difference toward using some of my rewards points. When I said "What app?", Kelly NEVER rolled her eyeballs into the back of her head nor did she check her watch and heave a big sigh. She kindly smiled and calmly said, "Let's look," which we did. Kelly was great, helpful, and so encouraging after I had to show my face, get locked out, get new passwords (which I've promptly forgotten) and find my credit card. She even walked me out to my car and suggested how to get out of the parking lot.

Great customer service, the experience was awesome. They really helped me out and I appreciate it very much. In October of 24 my daughter was in a very horrific car accident and everyone at Pitre were very considerate of her disabilities and treated her with extreme kindness. I was able to get a vehicle that accommodated her. God bless you all.

Just bought another vehicle from this dealership (2026 Buick Envista ST) and honestly, it was just as smooth as the first time. Everyone there is super nice and actually makes you feel comfortable instead of stressed. HUGE shoutout to Issac Garay. He really took care of us, super patient, answered all our questions, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted without any hassle. Best of the best. If you’re thinking about getting a car, I’d definitely recommend coming here. I’ll be coming back myself. 😊

My husband Went in May 8th with a check from our credit union with an amount for the check not to exceed printed on it, he showed them and said this is what we have to spend. They did paperwork for the vehicle, I then went up there to do the paperwork also. We got the car home. Should be the end but no, it was only the beginning. Got a call about week later stating the check had the wrong amount on it.not sure how this mistake happened. Said we needed to get a new check for more. We were out of town for two weeks. When we got back my husband went up there and stated that we said that’s what we wanted to spend so we can bring the car back or they can change the amount. They cheated the amount and I had to go back and re sign new paperwork. Before I left I asked if that was it and if there was anything else needed and the financial department said that’s it. It wasn’t it. Still getting told about a week later we needed to get a new check. We spoke to our credit union and they stated that they could have have it reissued themselves. So we were waiting for fed ex to send us the new check. While waiting for it, I received a text saying they were told we would be in Saturday and at this point they need the vehicle back.we never said we were going in Saturday. So now we have a check and we went to return the car. Never experienced anything like this. Oh and they also had a friend of mine fill out paperwork for a whole total different vehicle. She had to go back and redo all of her paperwork for the correct vehicle. I do not recommend them due to the finance department. Our salesman was awesome though. Colin missed out because of that department. And they will guilt trip you into feeling bad about the commission they are going to get if you get a lower price
