I had a wonderful experience, everyone was very nice and understanding. I worked with Hussam he gave great advice, extremely patient, very informative and kind he was not rushing me, was able to answer all my questions and more. I had been to at least 5 different dealerships and not one of them gave the experience or transparency LHM gave. The finance manager, general manager & sales we all fantastic. There were a few things we noticed before the sale and they were able to assure me they could take care of it and have already done 1/2 of what they promised we are waiting on parts for the rest. I had to go in and resign which i was nervous about and for these minor inconveniences they accomodated perfectly. I am extremely happy with my purchase and %100 recommend purchasing from them. We were looking for a jeep and we ended up with a Gladiator. What a beautiful vehicle! We had a couple of gentlemen help us with the paperwork, but only one gentleman that was with us most of the day and took us for a ride and talked to us for a while. We were blessed to try the district managers, hot dogs, and unbelievable hamburgers with Fried onions that was out of this world. He was such a nice gentleman. He also spent time with us and let us spend some time with his pup.

Annamarie was great to work with!! She showed us exactly what we were looking for and, without any pressure to buy. They worked hard to get us the best deal they could and got us great financing through Stellantis! Couldn't have asked for a better experience, I highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase!!!

So first I got screwed by the dealer that I bought this car for And thinking I was bringing it to a well known reputable dealership to get my vehicle fixed instead I was lied to about parts from the service guy about the time frame my jeep was supposed to be ready then it was this technician and that technicians fault this one did this this one did that this one broke something the parts are ordered and should be soon then it went to the parts are on back order which is ironic I found the part they say they order online in a matter of minutes . Then I couldn’t call all day because my Obie was dead so I’ve had this jeep for 3 months and out of those 3 months 2 of them have been in this repairs shop and instead of fixing what I originally brought it in for they find all this other stuff and get that fixed basically milking my warranty company . Oh yeah did I mention it’s $8000 the first time and now anoutgrt $7500 so almost $15,000 dollars later and this is how I get my jeep back still not fixed and now I have bolts in my cup holders , my horn cover is destroyed , my white leather door panels has black scuff marks on it . I’ve never had such horrible service in my life .’

I would love to say I had an amazing experience but it’s been far from perfect. I will never purchase another vehicle at this location. I have purchased Jeeps from other locations and have a had an excellent experience from start to finish. Having to repeatedly contact financing for paperwork and temp tags that should have been placed on my vehicle before I left the lot. Is not something a customer should have to do. I hope this helps future customers experience to be taken seriously with time and consideration in mind. Buying a vehicle shouldn’t feel like a business transaction for the customer it should feel like a good connection and relationship with a lasting impact to encourage customers to come back.
