Jared "Bo" Valdez did a fantastic job as we negotiated on my lease of a new Sportage Hybrid. He was persistent, professional, always good humored and very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. I recommend Jared highly, along with Finance Manager Tristan Kirkpatrick. Kudos also to Scott Simkins, COO of Pitre Auto Group, who was at the dealership when I took delivery. In addition to asking me about my experience, I watched as he interacted with his employees. He knew all their names and took the time to engage them in actual conversations, and they in turn seemed to enjoy speaking with him. That impressed me as a customer.

An excellent and seamless experience. I worked with MJ who was fantastic and made sure we had all of our questions answered. Was able to arrange initial details over phone and text before coming in and also had an offer for our trade-in very quickly. We knew what we wanted before coming in and I think that helped us with our experience and expectations. MJ was amazing and I would definitely shop with her again in the future. I also saw that the location will go through a remodel soon. I’m happy with my experience and would return to shop again.

Pitre Kia was an amazing dealership from start to finish when buying our new vehicle. Jaryd was incredible and helped us get the right vehicle at the right price. This dealership was a well oiled machine with no wasted time. He made sure paperwork was rolling and our car was being detailed while we were waiting (minimal time) for finance. Once in finance, AJ helped us out and spent the right time getting us set up with things that met our needs only, no fluff! This dealership is great. Plus seeing them interact with other customers in the wind and the rain, they made sure to bring cars into a bay to keep customers out of the elements! Top shelf guys!! I am a musician, and as such am on the road a lot. Currently traveling from Phoenix to Colorado for a series of shows, my "check engine" light comes on about a half hour from Albuquerque. "Remain calm, says I" (which is easier said than done when you're 300 miles from your. destination and gas prices are seriously depleting your budget!) I find the local Kia Dealership - Pitre Kia - and ask if they could possibly check out my car for the error code. They were very busy, but immediately made time to run a quick diagnostic. To my great relief the issue turned out to be a non-issue. I highly recommend without reservation Pitre Kia. Because I am a dolt I didn't get the name of the person who helped me, but I'm guessing he is the service manager. The level of consideration and service I received was completely unexpected, greatly appreciated, and not at all common. Thank you Pitre Kia!

What can I say? We were so blessed to meet Isaiah! He really took care of us from the moment we got down from our vehicle. He was patient and worked super hard. Our Finance representative was Tristian and he too was just so Kind and amazing! My most favorite thing about buying from Pitre Kia is we never felt like we were being sold to. No one seemed to push hard sales- it was more about being educated and how they could help us. Thank you so much Isaiah for all your hard work!
