I had an outstanding experience working with Antonio Cross-Guillen during my recent purchase of a brand new Honda Passport at Perfection Honda. From start to finish, he was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Antonio is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly answer every question I had—never rushing, never pressuring, just providing clear and helpful information. He made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel smooth, easy, and even enjoyable. There is no such thing as a “great deal” when buying from a dealership, but the folks at Perfection Honda provided the most honest and up-front experience I’ve ever had when buying a car. No hidden fees for nitrogen filled tires or Rain-X on the windshield, just the bottom line in black and white. Tony (salesman) was great to work with - not pushy, just kept us informed and made the process quick when it came time to sign papers. Tony had our new car cleaned up with a full tank of gas and parked underneath the dealer carport waiting for our arrival. He had all the paperwork ready to go and we were in and out in less than an hour. Alex (Finance Manager) was also great to work with. Very courteous and explained everything in detail so we knew exactly what we were agreeing to when signing. Alex explained which extended warranty packages would be beneficial but did not push us into any one direction. I do not necessarily enjoy the car buying process, but given our most recent experience I would purchase again from Perfection Honda.

If you have to buy a car (which is a thing) I highly recommend Perfection Honda. I have been to other dealerships in the area (actually last week) and this one is way more calm. The music isn't too loud, the salespeople and finance people were friendly but not over eager crazy. Just nice. I never felt pressured. This is our second CRV and I can recommend the service department too!

Perfection Honda provided incredible service!!! All of the staff were friendly and courteous. I cannot give Juan Garcia enough accolades for the service he provided. He procured the car I wanted which was not available at any Honda dealerships in the area. The entire purchasing process was quick and seamless. Alexander White in Finance and the entire car insurance process were fantastic! Perfection Honda certainly lives up to its name, and I will recommend this dealership to all of my friends!!
