Chalmers Ford

We had a phenomenal experience at Chalmers Ford from start to finish. Ray is an exceptional salesman. He’s not pushy at all (which, seems to be a theme throughout most of the dealership), and genuinely down-to-earth. He worked with us to get a competitive offer on our trade-in (right at the Carvana valuation), as well as getting the base price to an acceptable spot, considering some add-ons it came with that we didn’t want. The test drive and conversation with Ray are what sold me. I asked him to sell me on the Expedition vs. Tahoe, and he said, “I won’t. At the end of the day, it’s your decision, and the truck will sell itself.” He was right. It is such a fun vehicle to drive, but also very functional for our growing family of four. Much more comfortable than our trade-in. Overall, Chalmers was also very welcoming to my entire family. We had the two kids here, one with a slightly skipped nap time, and they were extremely accommodating. Can’t say I pictured that we’d be a Ford family a couple weeks ago (at least 1/2 of our vehicles), but I’m excited that we are and we love our Expedition! Thanks Ray and the Chalmers family!

The atmosphere was relaxing, clean, and inviting, which made the whole experience even better. Had a great and welcoming experience. They gave me a great payout for my trade and gave me a great loan for my new vehicle and they had patience as I shopped around, end of the the day they had what I wanted and showed the most respect and weren’t over baring. 10/10 going to try to get the wife’s Echols through them here too.
