FIAT of Albuquerque

I have dealt with many dealerships but the people who work at Fiat, were the nicest people I have met. Not pushy, very helpful and honest. My salesman was Scott and he was wonderful. Plus, filling out paperwork was fast and easy and not an all day process. If you want a new Fiat, not only will you love the car but you'll have a great experience with Fiat of Albuquerque.

Tim Duke was our salesman! We have been looking for a 500X for over 6 months and visiting with Tim every time we came to Albuquerque. We finally found the right vehicle. The entire team at Fiat of Albuquerque treated my wife and I like we were VIPs. This is the second of many more to come that I will purchase from this store! My wife and I are completely satisfied with the car and the entire buying experience. We appreciate the professionalism of your staff!! I wanted to see what a Fiat 500 new model was about, having had a friend who owned two of the original 500's from the 1960's. I went to the dealership and met Sammy Guardian who displayed patience and explained to me the changes with the new Fiat 500L. Went for test drive and was hooked. Bought the car on the spot and I can't say enough positives on the car and the buying experience. Sammy was nice and easy to deal with and so was Bill Davis who was fast and efficient. This is one of the better experiences I have had in buying a car. I highly recommend the dealership, the people and the brand.

The staff here are very friendly. They are willing to work with their customers as much as they can. The only thing I would have liked to change about my experience was the wait time, although I did buy my vehicle on a weekend I would have preferred that it was clean before I purchased it so I did not have to go back and wait for a detail to be done. Overall I am satisfied with my experience there and would recommend Fiat of Albuquerque to my friends and family.

Called for service on my Fiat. The woman who answers the phones was rude. Told me they could take my car in a week, but that it would sit for 2 weeks before they could get to it. When I asked why, she said it was because they were booked into April (It was Mar 21). I told her that would be too long. She hung up on me. I will never bring my car here for service and when it's time to upgrade and buy a new Fiat, I'm not coming here. I'd rather go out of state. This is how you lose good business. Luckily, my car needed only a minor repair and I'm back on the road in less than 24 hours. If you can go elsewhere, do it. Response to Fiat's response: Everyone is backed up. Everyone was a week out. But the woman answering your phones was rude for absolutely no reason. When people call for service, they're distressed. Our cars help us get to work, pick up kids, etc. They're expensive because they're a big part of our lives and we absolutely need them. So for your customer service to be flat-out rude when potential clients are in a bind is unacceptable. I will NOT be buying my next Fiat at your dealership. I will not be referring other Fiat owners to your shop for service either. Thanks for your tone-deaf response.
