Lexus of Albuquerque

5/5 I brought in my 1998 Ls400 because a shop I brought my car to prior, had left me short on coolant.. big problem, Lexus of Albuquerque Scheduled an appointment with me On my perfect timing, and helped me get a proper coolant flush on my car & helped me be aware of some other issues the shop had unfortunately slacked on. They fixed the problem they lacked & got my car in a timely manner. I also want to give thanks to Daniel & Kevin for the friendly welcome for a first timer they treated me very well and are very helpful people.

Soon after arriving in Albuquerque from Denver, one of my tires found a nasty piece of metal. I drove straight to Lexus of Albuquerque after my app notified me that the tire was in trouble. I did not call first, yet I was welcomed immediately into the service bay. Evan was my service technician and could not have been more helpful. I was understandably a bit rattled, but he quickly assured me that the service department had the tire needed in stock and the work would be completed within 2 hours. Evan arranged for a loaner, and within 20 minutes, I was on my way. I did, indeed, receive a text 2 hours later and was given the choice of returning to pick up the car or waiting until morning. I chose the latter and when I arrived the next day, the paperwork was complete and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Evan was very professional and courteous. He absolutely paved the way for a smooth experience. Lexus of Albuquerque is fortunate to have such an outstanding employee.

After looking for the right vehicle to purchase for several months, we had the opportunity to work with Bela Smith at Lexus of Albuquerque. I took my 24 300 H in for an oil change and a recall was greeted by Brendan extremely polite personable. Being a new car this is only the fourth time I’ve been in for service and he’s checked me in before. I didn’t inspect the car since they take photos of it when you come in. the following morning I opened up the door and there was scuff marks, and mud from footprints on the door seal and the door panel mainly on the driver side, not as bad on the passenger side, and the screen with left with greasy fingerprints so I brought it back the following day met with Kevin Saiz when I opened the door and showed the issue I was surprised with his response there was an awkward silence, and I asked what he was thinking. He said in his 2.5 years, He had never seen that in any event. He came out with some spray and a microfiber cloth and wipe down both sides of the interior as well as the screen. the previous day kevin and I talked about another issue regarding the vehicle, and he assured me that he will in his words, “I got you” meaning that he will take care of the situation and not to worry.
