I can honestly say buying my car at Honda Garcia was an amazing experience thanks to Santi! He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive from start to finish. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually exciting. I truly appreciated how patient he was with all my questions and how genuinely he cared about helping me find the perfect car. Customer service like his is hard to come by these days. I left feeling confident, happy, and very grateful for all his help. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Santi — you will be in great hands!

I have purchaced two Honda Pilots from this dealership and the first one was in 2015 with no problems. It wasn't until I purchased the second one in 2018 and after it was paid off, then problems started. I mentioned to them as they happened to the service department on my regular service appoinments. First it was the back hatch continous beeping when closing, then the driver's seat would not move forward on entering. Then it was blinkers blinking when not activated. Then it was the radio, would not come on when starting vehichle. Had to turn it off then of open the door and restart to make it work. There were other things like the locking system was haywire. Would lock on me right after opening the right rear passenger door to put my Special Needs daughter in the car and she got locked in one time. The service department acted like I was crazy and would not listen to me. Thought I was nuts. I never knew what the car was going to do next. For over a year I went through this with Garcia and finally I called the Honda Headquarters to see if things would change. The lady I spoke to said it sounded like it was an "electrical" problem which is what I told Garcia. So, the problems were never fixd and they said they could not find anything wrong. I never was able to speak to the manger nor the service manager. The customer service people that answer the phone when you call to schedule appointments are very rude. They have very poor customer service. So what I did was had enough and went and traded the Pilot on a Fiesta Subaru Ascent 2026. I did not tell Fiesta Subaru what this issues as I figured someone else will find out and maybe they can get it resolved. Fiesta puts Garcia to shame as they are so nice and very helpful. I was told by several people that Fiesta Subaru is getting a lot of Garcia's business. Best thing I could have done.

Brought our Honda to Garcia Honda. Specifically asked for a dye test for a small oil leak. They did not do what we asked. They charged $200 for "diagnostics" and said we needed to replace the rear main seal for over $2000. We took it to a different automotive repair shop. They did our dye/UV test. COMPLETELY different diagnosis, and problem solved! I called Mike McKinnon on Garcia's "management team" (as most of Garcia's review responses suggest). I told him about our appointment, and disappointment. His response, and I quote "That's it? Have a good day". You can make your own choice but I will NEVER use Garcia Honda for anything, nor will I recommend them. On the contrary, I will try to steer people to our new shop. Stay tuned for their company name!!

We purchased our car from this Honda dealership. It was great, I loved Emily but this is not about that; it is about the service we recently got from their service department. It does require some backstory. During the pickup of our car, a sensor on the tailgate broke, and to make up for it they let us pick out a free accessory with installation included. That felt like a fair way to handle it because it took some time for them to sort out. When the part came in, my husband scheduled a 9am Saturday appointment. At no point were we told how long the appointment would take. Since it was early in the day, I assumed a couple of hours. Mind you, I also live about 30-40 min away in a different town. I went alone in our new family car with the car seat since I didn’t think I’d be there long so my husband could stay home with our baby. I’m a nursing mom, and I planned around being back within a few hours. When I checked in, the employee asked if someone was picking me up. I said no, since I hadn’t been given a timeframe. When I asked him directly how long it would take, he told me “a little over a couple hours.” I hadn’t brought a phone charger, food, or anything to occupy me beyond that, but three or four hours seemed manageable. As the hours passed, my phone battery started to die and I still hadn’t had anything other than some snacks that they offer. Around 1pm, four hours in, I went up to ask for an update. The same employee who checked me in told me the car had only recently been taken back, and then referred to the appointment as being written up for end of day, meaning 4 or 5pm, as though that had been the timeline all along. That is not what he told me that morning. If this was scheduled as an all-day job from the start, I should have been told that when the appointment was booked, or at the very least at check-in. By that point I was stuck. Food wasn’t within walking distance, the immediate area isn’t somewhere I felt safe walking alone as a woman, my phone was nearly dead so calling an Uber wasn’t realistic, and my husband couldn’t come get me because I had the only car seat. It was coming up on 5 hours and was quoted another 2-4 hours of wait time so I asked to speak with a supervisor, who did try to move things along and brought me a phone charger and lent me his charger block. I appreciated that. I ended up getting out of there around at 3:30pm, almost 4pm, six and a half hours after I arrived for an appointment I was told would take a little over two, and still had a 30 to 40 minute drive home. This had actually be the longest amount of time away from my son and my whole Saturday was basically gone. I don’t think any individual employee was at fault. But there’s a real gap in the process. Service timeframes aren’t communicated when appointments are booked, the estimate I was given at check-in didn’t match what I was told later, and no alternative transportation was ever mentioned. I found another review describing a nearly identical experience earlier this year, so this doesn’t appear to be a one-off. If you’re booking service here, ask for a specific time estimate up front and have a backup plan in case it runs long

Extremely GRIDY dealership. Just to diagnose a noise my car is having underneath, they want 200 dollars. I bought the car brand new from this dealership and will NEVER do business with them again. Went ahead and scheduled an appointment with Perfection Honda with no diagnostics fee. Shame on you!!!
