Went to get my car serviced here even though I didn’t purchase through them. Got brakes, rotors, air filter taken care of. Ronnie (Service Manager) Jay & Aaron explained everything being done to my car. They definitely need a raise! Good work guys 🤙🏽 will definitely be coming back 😊

Yarytma was hands down the BEST to work with! She was so knowledgable and transparent throughout this process! I came in hopeful but not expecting much. From the second Yarytma came out and greeted us i got a good feeling! I am so glad we went through Drive N-Motion, they had the best support!! Nathan was also very helpful and soo kind explaining anything i asked! :)

From sales, to service, and title and registration, everyone was very helpful. The Jetta I bought my son had a few service needs but were taken care of after a few visits. Overall happy with with my purchase and my son loves his car! Thanks to Seph for recommending the Jetta!

Updating original my review after several weeks of mechanical issues with the truck I bought this (February) year. I was happy with Brian’s help during the original purchase and everyone was very helpful. However, after a single week of having my new truck(which I loved), the fuel pump went down followed by a very loud rattling coming from under the truck when I was driving. I immediately brought it in. They repaired the fuel pump and told me my rear differential needed to be replaced and they were waiting for parts, I could take the truck for now. My warranty covered this, which was a relief. I picked it back up and later that same day, broke down on I40 during traffic. I had it towed back to the dealership and the next day asked that I don’t get the truck back until everything was fixed because I didn’t want to cause any damage. It took 3 weeks to get the truck back. Today I was told the fuel pump was fixed and that the diff was replaced, but a third issue was discovered and that was the issue causing the rattling under my truck. This issue, the drive shaft, was not covered under warranty. I would have to pay out of pocket after only owning the truck for two months and barely driving it. I’m devastated, to say the least. The on staff mechanic told me “it wasn’t a big issue” but as I drove my truck up the road today, the rattling louder than ever, I just felt wronged by dealership. If they had integrity, I feel like they would repair it. You shouldn’t buy a vehicle from a reputable dealership and have to turn around and spend thousands more on repairs. They should have fixed this issue prior to selling it. I really wish someone would call and make this right because I have been kind and patient through this whole ordeal. I gave them originally a five star review. To them it may not be a big deal but I work long hours to afford this truck. I’m devastated and hope I can afford these repairs. This is my honest experience. Wish I had gone somewhere else.
