For context and a bit of background, I just moved here to Rio Rancho, NM from LA, CA. I haven't a car since 2022. Mainly because financing a car and renting in LA on my income was next to impossible. So I moved out of state and had been riding my uncle's son's bike to get around. Albuquerque and Rio Rancho are no doubt car cities. I needed a car badly. I had passed by M&F Auto Sales frequently on my way to get coffee at Starbucks. One day I noticed a red HOT car parked on their lot. I gave them a call and got Darren Martin on the phone. I asked him if they offer $0 money down payment to purchase a used vehicle since moving here cost me a small fortune and I had no more money on hand to spend especially for a car. To my surprise he said yes they do offer no money down. The next day I met with Darren, we took said red HOT car for a spin, and in two hours flat he handed me the keys. Fortunately for me I have excellent credit which also took me years to rebuild after being reckless with it as a younger man. Darren told me, "it's my job to get you in this car if this is the one you want". So, Darren and Gio ran the numbers, got me 100% approved, we did the paperwork and next thing I know I'm driving my new/used Mercedes GLA 250 4Matic SUV home. Listen, M&F Auto Sales are like my heroes. Darren was incredibly patient and kind, and so was Gio. They both walked me through every single detail and made sure I fully understood how everything worked down to the T. I seriously cannot thank Darren and Gio enough for working with me to get me in this car in record time. Buying a car is typically an all day event, at least in LA it is. But here in NM, they seem to get it done much faster than I've ever seen before. I was fortunate to had moved to a place literally down the street, and very lucky I got Darren as my salesman. These are great guys that know what they're doing. Professional, patient, kind and friendly. Just wanted to give a huge shoutout for the absolutely fantastic experience I had at your dealership on Rio Rancho, I’m still smiling (and so is my beautiful Camry). Recently bought a Lexus from this location, very easy approval and fantastic customer service. The car buying experience was made spectacular at M and F auto sales. You guys just received a customer for life! Thank you M and F!

The sales team was excellent! Marshall was outstanding! The 120 point inspection though was not accurate. I appreciate everything the service team did to correct a problem, but I’m not happy that the mechanic put oil on the cloth interior in my Lexus. Javier was also excellent in service department, but the mechanics need to pay more attention to detail. The car was not aligned after lower control arm replaced. Overall, will give a four star rating.
