The crew at the Autonation Albuquerque was a shining example of what car sales should be. MAJOR kudos to Reps Craig and John, the Sales manager Daysean, and our new favorite finance guy Derrick. They were honest, friendly, funny, and very professional. I was absolutely blown away by the whole experience. We flew in from CA and drove 12hrs home just to buy from them because of the upfront no-BS attitude and I would do it again! I got the price that was promised- they didn't try to sell me a bunch of "mandatory add-ons" or add any hidden fees. P.S. They gave great lunch recommendations as well!

Buying a car never felt so easy! Randy & Derrick were absolutely wonderful. They made us feel like they were long time friends just helping us to a newer car. The whole process was so painless I was in disbelief thinking there's gotta be something wrong. This is too good & easy. But we walked out of there feeling so happy! We arrived at the dealership with some ideas as to what car we wanted. They did not have one of the cars I saw advertised so we were about to just leave. The sales representative (Randy) suggested we look around and provided us with info on some of the cars which were in the lot. He never pressured us or pushed in any direction. Ultimately we test drive a vehicle and purchased it. We had a great time on a rainy day. I am more than happy with my New Nissan! Thanks for the experience Randy!

Went in on Saturday afternoon to see about trading my Trax. Immediately I was created by Jared one of the Sales Managers, he paired me with one of his Salesman, Zach. Zach was very professional and personable. They were pretty busy, but Zach didn't skip a beat. He helped get me the most value for my trade and made the entire process extremely easy. It did take a bit longer than expected, but again they were very busy. Their finance team, worked fast and hard to get each customer helped. After my test drive and a little paper work, Zach handed me over to Henry to finish all the final paper work. He, like everyone working that day, was very professional and attentive. I am so happy with my new car. If you are looking for a car, go ask for Zach, he will take good care of you!!!
