We were on a road trip from Colorado to Arizona and got a flat tire in the middle of the night. We pulled off at a nearby hotel and made a service appointment online with Auto Solutions. First thing in the morning they contacted us and let us know they were very busy and that it might take a while to repair the tire. But after hearing our story, Dustin and his team went out of their way to fit us in and get us back on the road so we didn’t lose a day of our vacation. Customer service like this is rare these days. Auto Solutions repair shop is amazing! These guys did a great job installing an engine in my F-150 pickup truck. They took their time, they did it right. Dustin at the service counter goes above and beyond to explain to you everything. I found them to be honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

They sold me a car that literally blew itself up after being parked for 6 hours. I have the whole thing on my ring camera. When asked about what could be done, they just pushed off the responsibilities to the insurance company, as if they didn't sell me a bomb on wheels.
