I just bought a Elantra yesterday. The salesman Trini the gentle giant was wonderful. I told him exactly what I wanted, and he was extremely helpful. No pressure at all. He answered all my questions, and made the whole process simple. Truly the best salesman ever. I can’t remember the finance guys name, but he was really good too. Overall a great experience.

Casa Hyundai by far is the best dealership that i have dealt with when it has come to purchasing a vehicle. Their Salesman Jesus and Finance Manager Jacob were not only able to get us into the vehicle we wanted but also fought to get us the deal we wanted as well. They made us feel like we were more than just a number to them they made us feel valued and did not stop working until they got us the best deal. They made the whole process painless and streamlined I was in and out in an hour and a half tops driving off in an amazing vehicle. I highly recommend that if your looking for a great vehicle and even better deals then go hear first.

I don’t even know where to start. Long story short, Casa Hyundai Las Cruces went above and beyond to help me get into another Santa Fe after losing my 2025 XRT to an uninsured driver. They were able to help me get into the year and model of vehicle I was wanting. They made sure me and my son was well taken care of while waiting for the calls and financing to go through. I especially want to recognize Bryant, Rafael and Jonathan for making this as smooth as possible and making it possible for me to drive a new 2026 Santa Fe Calligraphy off the lot the same day.

The staff was very responsive and helpful. Brant discussed our needs and what models might meet our needs. I don't walk very well so he went out and brought the most likely candidate to the store front. He was thorough in explaining the bells and whistles we would need to know for a test drive, and pointed out some things to try during the drive. In short, this is how buying a car should be! Great experience!

Getting through to this place is the worst experience ever then when you finally get someone it’s let me forward which is fine I get it certain departments for certain things but then when you get forwarded the call hangs up or the mailbox is full the AI bot thing just hangs up on you. I bought a car sales man was great working with me from out of town only bad thing is I specifically said I did not want a brand new car because working in finance myself I knew it would be out of my budget when what did he get me a brand new vehicle out of my budget the opposite of what I wanted. Grateful he worked with me and when I went to paperwork it was done even though I did not want a brand new car. Now I’m having issues getting a hold of someone about paperwork that was supposed to be mailed to me a week ago to sign for my license plate because the first one I signed when I did the paperwork did not have the bank name on it or something. Still have not received the paperwork in the mail I’m trying to call to see what is going on because my temp tags expire on the 10th. It’s just frustrating that no one answers the phones or calls back and I don’t live in las cruces so I can’t go down in person to get this resolved. Update: day 2 of trying to get a hold someone and no answer, I even reached out to the sales man who sold me my car to see if he could get me in touch with the finance people and left on read. The communication is horrible and no one ever gets back to you. I would have not bought my car here if I had the choice. Update: it is now 8/1/2026 I emailed like they told me to and still no response the communication here is horrible and honestly is what makes this car buying experience horrible. What am I supposed to do when my temp tags expire. Update: it is now 8/10/26 temp tags are expired after today and still have not received anything in the mail regarding my license or new temp tags. So if I get a ticket or pulled over who pays for this. I can not go down to o the dealership as I do not live in las cruces I live in Albuquerque. Like I said if I did not have to get a car at this dealership I would have never purchased from here but in the situation I was in I had no choice.
