This was an amazing experience! I had found a particular car online there and drove an hour to see it on a rainy day. John was busy completing a sale with another customer but came out to give me the key to the car. after I looked it over, John let me test drive it. When I got back, I made him a cash offer with my trade which he immediately accepted. It was much less than the posted price. John took care of all the paperwork along with the transfer of the plate - included in my cash price. Now I have a beautiful, luxurious car at a price better than I imagined. This was the best car buying experience in my life - and I am over 70! Highly recommended!!

I didn’t even have my car for a month and I’m spending more money to get it fix then my car payment. It brakes down every other day. They are doing absolutely nothing to accommodate me for my car.. I take it to their shop and it’s like they just put a bandage on it to keep it drivable instead of fixing it correctly the 1st time around!!

My son (17) purchased a $5000 car from whitehead motors. We drove over 5 hours to find that the car he was interested in had electrical issues, The owner told us he had two or three hundred dollars to give back to my son if we bought the car and got into expensive repairs. To date we have spent over 1200 dollars in repairs even buying used parts on eBay. We continue to have lights coming on the dash with more expensive repairs needed ($1000+). I texted, called, emailed the seller, and he will not respond. It is apparent that he has no problems promising things in order to sell a car even if he doesn't plan to follow through with his promises. I would encourage anyone to stay away from this place as it evident they will say anything to sell a car and can't be trusted.
