I recently purchased a red 2021 Hyundai Elantra from this dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The car drives great and has been everything I was looking for. There was a minor backup camera glitch after the purchase, but Emad handled it immediately and made sure it was fixed without any hassle. He was professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about making things right. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I rented a 2022 BMW for my son‘s prom about 3 weeks before prom. I was told that the vehicle was not going to be available on the day I asked. They offered me a 2016 Audi & 15% fiscount on my next ride. (Which i will NOT be using) the Audi was $60 cheaper and it was nice but it was not what I wanted, but I was still grateful I paid for the Audi $353. Fast-forward 24 hours before prom. I was told that the car was not available because the previous renter was not able to return the car on time and instead of offering me a nice luxury car and accommodating me for the inconvenience they offered me a 2017 VAN for my son‘s prom (pics below). AS MANY OF US KNOW in the area J&S AUTO HAS PLENTY OF LOCATIONS & a LOT OF LUXURY CARS and a VAN was the best they could do!?! I felt like the intentional and very inconsiderate to offer such a low standard car for an important event.This company is very unprofessional and unreliable through turo and I highly do not recommend them. By the grace of God we eree able to find another car last the very last min! & it all worked out. If you’re booking through Turo and this company is offering the vehicle. Please be aware there maybe an inconvenience upon your trip and they will possibly give you a BS alternative so don’t be surprised and do not book for important occasions
