DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE IN FINANCIAL DEBT!!!! They will sell you a car that seems fine , but is just covered up by bandages, than true colors will show and they won't do ANYTHING about it. Worst mistake of my life!!! Lost my job and everything because of this situation. Now my credit is cooked. Mind you car hasn't worked since month 1 of having it, Still nothing a year later....

Worst Dealership Experience of My Life – Financial & Emotional Stress I purchased a red Doge Durango 2015 from this dealership one month ago for $8,000. After driving only 200 miles, the car developed serious engine problems, including a lifter tick and additional internal engine issues confirmed by my mechanic. After over 30 phone calls, I finally got in contact with the dealer. They took the car back and have now had it for almost THREE WEEKS with no updates, no timeline, and almost zero communication. Calls and texts are ignored, and when they do answer, it’s always another excuse. Because of their failure to act, I have been forced to rent a car at my own expense: • $450 in rental fees (plus deposit) • Paid for 3 weeks already • No reimbursement offered On top of that, this dealership is 80 miles away from me. Every trip costs me around $70 in gas and tolls, money I would NOT be spending if they had sold a reliable vehicle or handled this responsibly. This experience has caused: • Financial loss • Missed time from work • Stress and inconvenience • Complete loss of trust At this point, I no longer want the vehicle. I am pursuing a FULL REFUND under New Jersey Lemon Law, as the dealer has failed to repair the car within a reasonable timeframe. ⚠️ WARNING TO FUTURE BUYERS: If something goes wrong after purchase, expect to be ignored, delayed, and stuck paying out of pocket.
