I recently picked up a 2019 VW Beetle from Pine Hill Auto and honestly had a really great experience. Matt was super easy to work with! Straightforward, responsive, and no pressure at all. Everything felt very transparent from the start, and the whole process went smoothly. They clearly know what they’re doing and run things professionally. The car itself was exactly as described. If anything, better in person. It’s in great condition and I am very very happy with my purchase. You can tell they really take care of their cars like they’re their own, which made me feel a lot more confident in the purchase. Overall, just a really smooth and positive buying experience. If you're looking for a No Pressure place to purchase a salvage-title vehicle, Pine Hill Auto is exceptional. My 16 yo. daughter was able to test drive 3 cars there (I needed to be the passenger) and we were given as much time as we needed for each. The 2 guys basically just gave us the keys to give it a test drive and had the next one ready when we got back. They were both very nice to me and my daughter. Notes: You have to go through the auto-shop area to get to their offices, but you can just go in. We looked for another entrance, but there isn't one... This place specializes in repairing salvaged cars that haven't had any frame or chassis damage. I had the mechanic at MLJC auto just up the road inspect it and he agreed that the car was in excellent shape and showed me from under the car how he could tell there wasn't any frame or chassis damage. $30 well spent for piece of mind, and it showed that Pine Hill Auto's word is truth. Finalizing the sale was pretty quick and they didn't try to sell me any extra junk to go with it or anything. Highly recommend.

I have just bought my truck from Pine Hill auto it was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. The vehicle was super clean. It’s in great condition. There was no lies about the vehicle. I was only at the dealership overall for about, I wanna say two hours was not even bad. The seller was a great guy. Super nice even gave me gas money after I bought the truck super super super satisfied. I recommend going there if you’re looking for a Reasonably priced vehicle that’s in great condition could not be happier

Buying a car is exciting, but rarely would i call it "fun". Pine Hill was a very nice breath of fresh air, though. I was late for my initial test drive, but there was no fuss and the process was easy. They had the car out and ready for me. I ended up needing paperwork redone multiple times due to my bank and insurance issues but it was completely promptly. The process from start to finish was a breeze, and I wish interacting with a dealership was always this smooth.

I can’t express enough how much of a wonderful experience it was purchasing a car from you guys! Very open and honest about the whole operation of his business and very knowledgeable about cars, there is no shady or pushy salesman bs you deal with at pretty much 90% of the places you’ll go to buy a car from. They held the car I was interested in purchasing for a good two weeks for me while I was straightening out insurance claim issues etc… Can’t recommend them enough if you see something that catches your eye in their inventory or your just simply looking to get into a good reliable car without breaking the bank. I had the pleasure of even sitting and chatting with him about car stuff and what got him into the business, I’d even go as far as saying I organically made a cool friendship/relationship for the future on some of the things we discussed about cars.
