We had a wonderful experience buying my son's first car with Roman. No pressure or sleazy sales. Very up front and honest about any work done on the car. We took the car to our mechanic after purchase and there was one item that needed to be repaired and Roman was happy to have it back in to do the repair, no questions asked. We would happily recommend Anamak to others and if we are ever on the hunt for another used car it will be the first place we stop.

Recently bought a second car from Anamaks and had a great experience both times. Both BMWs are running strong and never had any issues. Pleasure to have business with!

Our car buying experience could not have been easier. Very friendly family business, they accommodated our weekend schedule and there was absolutely no sales pressure. Prices were fair and straightforward. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an easy and honest car buying experience.

this review is strictly for how they handle their business and the lack of transparency they provide. their customer service is genuinely below a one star. ZERO ZERO customer satisfaction. you will be left unsatisfied. they also might be racist as they treated me and other POC with pure disgust and disrespect. every other 1-3 star review is also always related to their customer service and cars being unmaintained, so keep that in mind. let me get this started. avoid this place like the plague. 399$ administrative fee for ANY car. it says "subject to this fee" inside the shop but in reality, it's for any car. 399$ of those dollars only goes toward a "temporary" plate and nothing else. they wont tell you what else that goes towards other than a temporary plate. they pocket the rest out of that. they already make money from up charging the cars way above their value so they can profit and stay in business, but with lack of maintenance. NH ONLY CHARGES YOU 20$ FOR TEMPORARY PLATES FOR 20 DAYS. also reading further reviews from other buyers, the inspections they do are not fair. THEY WILL USE INSPECTIONS AGAINST YOU I PROMISE YOU. they claim the car was inspected to be driven "legally" in the state of NH. they fail to mention the inspections can "PASS" with a LEAK and CRACK on the components which by the way, can affect the cars DRIVING ABILITY TO BE SAFELY DRIVEN IF IT KEEPS BEING DRIVEN. if your car passed inspection, your warranty will be 100% voided. their warranty terms is also utterly horrible too. dont even bring it up. they will treat you like subhuman trash for even mentioning it. 30 days and only covers ENGINE and TRANSMISSION. so i guess the other parts of the cars arent as important? like components that help the car MOVE and be driven SAFELY? yeah, no. they'll offer to fix your things at an absurd price if the warranty doesn't apply, but don't give them any more money, ever. they will always defend themselves saying if something is wrong with the car and its not related to engine or transmission, it was "another shop" that worked on it and messed up before they bought it at an auction. they pride themselves on their own mini personal mechanic shop that they are always "inspecting their vehicles" before selling but in reality they just look at them and go "yeah this is definitely legally safe to drive" and they just send it only changing the oil at most. they do not want the liability of dealing with you after any purchase. KEEP IN MIND USED CAR DEALERSHIPS BUY THESE CARS AT CHEAP PRICES AT PRIVATE AUCTIONS OR TAKE TRADE-INS FOR CHEAP PRICES TO PROFIT OFF OF THEM. Remember that they will NOT take any accountability for inspecting the cars and passing them with LACK of maintenance unless its related to their ENGINE components only. A car is more than just an ENGINE. they pride themselves on honest work but their honest work is just words that you are given with a grain of salt. they wont show you whats under a car. and no they wont show you any acknowledgment of your existence if you do purchase a car and mention ANY sort of problem to them. they will sit there with a straight face and say "what do you want us to do?" instead of a simple "how can we help you today sir/ma'am?" they only want to sell you the car and be done with you for good like most used car dealerships, but at least some car dealerships try to give good customer service to they can have GOOD REVIEWS and so PEOPLE CAN RECOMMEND THE PLACE. I've been absolutely positive and kind with their salesmen telling them "good morning" and "have a good day" small gestures, even when they treat me like trash. they will just look at you or walk away. they only want your money and their customer satisfaction is just below the drain. anyways, this is my experience with this dealer. do not recommend, do not pass go. Instead, GO to another dealership as far away as possible and save yourself the headache of repairing their VEHICLES for them. Support your small LOCAL dealers instead. Do not drive all the way here for these dishonest salesmen.

Friend bought a car from here and after a few weeks started to leak gear oil from front differential. Turns out a different shop previously had done “repairs” that likely caused the diff to crack from attempting to take out an axel that was seized by smacking the diff, and causing it to crack and leak gear oil. Some sort of RTV was used to attempt to seal the crack, and you can clearly see an indentation of the crack (see photos). Anamaks motors bought the car from the previous owner fixed what they thought needed to be done to it all well and good. But during the inspection of the car they said there was no leaks coming from that area (hard to believe) but its hard to miss the gray RTV all over the front differential and even the starter. Which would’ve been something i figured they would investigate more during an inspection before being sold to a customer but guess not. So after being told they cant repair it for us after my friend paid full price and CASH mind you we are on our own for repairs. Do yourself a favor buy a car from a private party at least a trusted mechanic of your choosing could actually inspect it for you or find a dealership that isnt this one
