Roy’s Auto has treated me so well for years, as well as my entire family. Their prices are amazing and cars are reliable, i bought my first ever car here when i was 19 and i bought my 2nd car here too. I live down the street from Roy’s so last week when I desperately needed a shop to take a look at a used car we purchased. I gave Roy’s a call, explained my situation and he told me to come on down. They put the car on the lift and went through it throughly. He gave me his honest opinion on the cars issues and asked if I wanted an estimate detailing the cost of all the repairs it needs or just a break down of all its issues. I wanted a break down of each issue the car has so I could present it to the shop I purchased it from simply so they couldn’t try claiming these issues magically occurred in the couple days we had it. He wrote up exactly what was wrong with the car and even stated in his professional opinion the car is not safe for the road. Which is exactly what I needed. The guys at Roy’s were great! Some shops see a woman coming and think they’re going to get a pay day out of it and I didn’t receive that type of energy from Roy’s at all. All the guys we spoke with were very professional, they pointed out the issues they found with the car and answered any questions I had. This specific car won’t be going back to Roy’s because it’s going to the scrap yard but when my Nissan needs any service I will be going to Roy’s from now on. You won’t be disappointed going to Roy’s.

Today I got an oil change and air filter change. I used Roys Auto many times and have been very happy with their service. They’re very professional and the prices are reasonable and they always get the job done right. You should check them out.

Roys Auto has been amazing. Everytime I have an issue with any of my vehicles, they always fit me in. They diagnose the problem, call with the information and price before doing anything. I know that should be the case for everyplace, but believe me from experience that does not always happen. Roys treats you like family. The people whom you deal with, from the owner to his staff...
