We were in and out very quickly and they even made sure to detail the truck and put extra gas in it so we left with 1/2 tank! Lots of extra levels of service. Compared to the other dealerships I visited, this was by far the best car-buying experience I had. One of the things I appreciated most was that they allowed me to take the test drive without a salesperson in the car, which made me feel much more comfortable. Afterward, I had plenty of time to inspect the vehicle on my own without feeling rushed or pressured. At no point did I feel any pressure from the sales team. They even allowed me to take the car about 30 minutes away to my own mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Not only were they completely supportive of that, but they also replaced a few parts that technically would have passed inspection but likely would have needed replacement down the road. That level of honesty and customer service really stood out to me. They had the car ready for me the very next day, and even took care of small cosmetic details I pointed out, including touching up minor scratches and removing some wax residue. It showed they genuinely cared about delivering the car in the best condition possible. I purchased my Mazda CX-5 with JV and also worked with Christian, the manager. Both were incredibly patient with all of my questions and made the entire process easy and stress-free. As a 25-year-old woman purchasing a car on my own, I was especially appreciative of how respectfully I was treated. After visiting several local dealerships, this was easily the most positive experience I had. While I may be partial because I ended up buying my car here, I also noticed that the vehicles across their lot were all very clean, well-maintained, and in great condition. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a transparent, low-pressure, and genuinely customer-focused car-buying experience.

Hi my nane is Jeremy Aponte I when to this dealership to buy a car and they sold me a heached I only have this car for 3 months and after a week my car transmission was giving me problems I took this car to a jeep dealership and they discovered wire's put together with electrical tape parts from after market and now my car has been in the mechanic shop for the past 2 weeks and half and noone in these place can't give me a car while my is being worked on so I'm already spending 1800 dollar in rental car making the payment for the loan plus insurance for a car I'm not using you go to this dealership and they talk to you and sale you everything they said but at the end this is what happens they give you a guarantee for 30 days and after that they don't want to do anything for you my problem was before 30 days and they pushed it so those 39 go bye and look now I'm paying for a car that is sitting in a garage and me spending my family's money in rental cars don't be fooled by reviews they tell you what to say anyway and if it wasn't because my credit will be damaged I will return this car in heart beat because they sale you trash and then they won't help you and laugh at you when you go there to explain the problem and they said I'm on sale that have to do with service but if you don't sale a bad car is no need for services a week in to ownership this place is a joke that all the people that was involved in doing the sale of my car they don't even work there anymore what a stranger thing anyway be really careful Carfax they show you is not even updated my car was involved in two accidents and one of them air bag's pop out and they said it was minor

Read the other reviews on here about vehicles being poorly updated before sale — they are absolutely accurate. Many reviewers stated that Car Five sold them a total piece of crap and used cheap, probably even used parts before putting the vehicle on the lot. Unfortunately, my experience has been no different. I bought my truck from them about 3 months ago. I have had nothing but headaches since purchasing my truck from Car Five. I’ve had to pour a significant amount of money into it just to make it drivable and safe. The check engine light has been on since day one and refuses to go away no matter what repairs I make. I’ve had to replace the tires, fix the tool box, repair the tailgate, replace a head beam, and more. On top of that, I simply asked for the truck to be filled with gas when I picked it up — something I even signed paperwork for — and they still handed it to me with an empty tank. I didn’t complain at the time, but I should have. I’ve called several times for support and was repeatedly told, “I’ll let my manager know and he will get back to you.” I never received a single call back. It has been about a month and a half since I first called. I usually don’t write reviews like this, but I don’t want anyone else to be scammed or stuck with a vehicle in this condition. I do not recommend buying anything from Car Five. Stay far away. If New Hampshire’s lemon laws were better, I would have returned this truck immediately. I wish I could leave no stars for them.
