My husband and I had a ln easy experience there. We had our 8 year old with us, i truly speciation how they included her in our conversations. Alan was great, he made the sale go as smooth as possible and was always available for the questions I had after the purchase was complete. We ended up leasing a new Elantra. Dakota was a great help to in assisting us get the lease setup completed. We will definitely be recommending both of them to those looking for a new vehicle.

Kellan was an amazing person to work with when trying to get a new car! He was very thorough in his explanations of the vehicles I was interested in and my family and I appreciated his patience. I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new Palisade at Nashua Hyundai. Jack Stinnett was wonderful and managed to get me the car I wanted even though it was not in stock at Nashua. I went knowing what I wanted, we test drove the trim level I wanted in a different color than I was looking for. I was offered an extremely good deal within 15 minutes on the exact model, trim level and color I wanted knowing I would have to wait to get it. There were no games, no back and forth to "check" with a manager, being left to sit and wait and then having to play the game. I know that it is a team effort, and Joe Dolan is a fantastic Sales Manager. From past experience with other dealerships I can say that Nashua does it right (Unless you like spending an entire day sitting at a dealership). In less than a week they managed to get the one I wanted (faster than expected). I went to the dealership and the whole process of trading in my Tucson, getting everything switched over and completing the paperwork took about a half an hour. Best experience ever! Aiden was a really good salesman, motivated and able to help us throughout the process. The team there is all warm. I will say that I suggest you look for funding options through credit unions on your own before going, because like all dealerships they try to mark up the interest rates, and sell you on horrible terms. We were approved through our own lenders at 6.24 over 65 months, whereas the financial team there pushed a 13% apr over 72 months on us, essentially a 11k difference, so do your homework before you go, or be prepared to refinance as soon as possible. All in all it went relatively smoothly.

Positive: My buying/leasing experience was very good. My sales rep, Joe, is great to deal with. I'd buy from him again for sure. Negative: The service department. My brand new IONIQ 5 has been in the shop for non-working windshield wipers four times and is still not fixed. Communication from the dealership has been almost non-existent.
