Carl and George were amazing! Carl was wonderful, explained everything nicely and easy to understand. He answered all our questions and walked us through the whole process of ordering a car. Called us with updates about the order and reassured us that everything was going smoothly. Carl’s ability to speak Khmer and communicate with us in both English and Khmer made the purchase much easier, especially when I had a lot of questions. George was a great help with finalizing everything! We had trouble with our insurance agent and getting paper work done and he took control of the situation and handled it very well and super quick!! We were able to finalize and pick up the car the same day it arrived at the dealership. He walked us through all the amazing features of the car and was super patient. Thanks to them, we got a beautiful RAV4! Would recommend these two and love to work with them again!!

Great experience!! Derek Yerardi is the guy you want to deal with. I came in knowing what I wanted, a 2026 4WD Tacoma SR5, and he found me the exact truck, even had some extras on it that I wasn’t expecting (good thing). No bait and switch, no “well we have this one instead” runaround. What stood out most was how transparent he was with pricing. Every number was right there on paper, he walked me through it line by line, and answered every question I threw at him without dodging. No pressure, no weird finance office games before I got there. Just a straight shooter. On top of that, he was polite the entire time. I wasn’t the easiest customer, I had a lot of questions and wanted to take my time, and he never once made me feel rushed. He worked with me through every step of the process and made sure I walked out happy with the deal. Guys like Derek are the reason people come back to a dealership.
