SO glad I decided to come here!! I have had a couple family members purchase vehicles from here, and they have nothing but the best to say about this place! And I can understand why, such nice people to work with, very accommodating and a great selection. So happy and excited with my new purchase! ๐
I was in a desperate spot; my mechanic had destroyed my previous car and I needed something fast to get to work an hour away. My wife, our 2-year-old, and about $1,200 saved up. They were the only place open with anything in our budget. The Facebook listing said clean title. I get there, the car is in rough shape but I needed something that day so I sat down to sign. The contract read rebuilt title. I flagged it on the spot and they knocked a few dollars off the price like that was a reasonable resolution to falsely advertising a vehicle. I took it because I had no choice. That should have been the end of it. It wasn't. When I later traded it in, that's when I found out the truth. There was a state salvage sticker right on the door sill. Not rebuilt... salvage. That sticker doesn't appear by accident; it's state issued. They had to have seen it. So the progression was: advertised clean, contracted rebuilt, physically stamped salvage. The transmission also died before I could trade it, which got me $800 on a car I paid $1,200 for... already misrepresented before it ever broke down. If you're shopping here, pull the VIN before you sign anything. Don't take their word, don't trust the listing, and read every line of that contract carefully. I learned that the hard way.
Bought a 2013 Chevy Spark last October here for my daughter. No check engine light, ran ok, got it home. Was not driven all winter as she just turned 16. Brought it to my mechanic today as it was stalling out at stop lights and needed to be looked at. Come to find out that we will need to replace the O2 sensor and the code for that bad O2 sensor was in the ECU's memory yet the check engine light was switched off so it was not an obvious issue. This is going to cost us $800 to fix. Pretty fishy if you ask me.
Very predatory and upsetting. Sold a really shitty Chevy Cruze 2013 for 9k that ended up costing more in repairs than the car itself. Ended up fully breaking down around 5 times over 2 years. Very accommodating when selling the vehicle to an 18 year old girl as they wanted to get the piece of junk off their lot.
I started a purchase online for a blue Mazda 3. I then called bc no one was getting back to me. When I spoke with the gentleman he stated that the car was not ready and had not gone through inspection yet. I asked, " Then why is it posted online for purchase?" He sarcastically said, " Well bc it's for sale!". Very disrespectful and rude. I will not recommend them to anyone. Be careful if you're looking at one of their cars!!
