First off, If you are looking for a great used car with a dealer that actually cares about what he sells, than Marshall is your guy over at Innovative auto sales. Went looking for a car for my daughter who just turned 16 and we came across this beautiful 2017 BMW X3 on his lot. Stopped in and test drove it and this was the car I was looking for. I came back after the test drive and told him I was very interested in the car but the brakes seemed to be a little rough but I figured it was build up on the pads. So he took the car to his house and he noticed that the radio was going in and out. Called me in the morning and explained the situation and radio and module were bad. This guy hunted for the exact thing and replaced it, sent it to BMW for them to look over the car and this car got all green check marks, car was perfect except the radio, but Marshall was told by bmw that they couldn’t program the radio and car because it was used. So this guy did some serious digging and found a guy in the United Kingdom and linked the car to his computer through Marshalls and programmed the car. Marshall is the most honest stand up guy in the car business I have ever met in the 47 years I have been alive. This guy has my business if I ever need another used car. If I could give him a 10 star rating I would. Thanks again for the car, my daughter really loves the car. Sheldon

I was looking to add another vehicle to our family and we specifically needed a third row SUV! I found a 2018 GMC Yukon that was listed for sale at Innovative Auto Sales and I jumped right on it! Marshall was very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout this entire process and was beyond patient while I was waiting for my financing to be approved. He was generous enough to make sure nobody else took the car we wanted so badly! AND he had made sure the Yukon was detailed inside and outside and made that happen so quickly for us to be able to take our car home! (Beautiful detail by the way!) I worked with Marshall to get my BMW detailed and ready for a private sale. The car looks and smells brand new without a perfume smell. Some coworkers noticed the car’s shine and asked me for information about where I had the work done. So I’m sending some folks Marshall’s way.
