I had a great experience buying my car from Bill Pearce Honda, and that was all thanks to Ray Luna. From the moment I got there, he was friendly and easy to talk to. One thing that really stood out was his mechanical knowledge. He was able to explain the differences between the vehicles I was looking at and answer all of my questions in a way that actually made sense. Because of that, I felt like I was making an informed decision instead of just being sold a car. I ended up buying a Honda Fit, and I honestly couldn't be happier with my choice. Ray helped me find the right car for my needs and budget, and I left feeling confident that I made the right decision. Ray even went out of his way and took time away from his other responsibilities to personally make sure I left with a full tank of gas. Small gestures like that really turned a good experience into a great one. Overall, buying a car was way less stressful than I expected, and that was largely because of Ray. If you're looking for someone who's knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely enjoyable to work with, I'd definitely recommend asking for him

Was car shopping for a car for my son as he accepted a job in Montana. Went to Carson City, all the new lots in Reno and then went to auto nation in CA. I’ve bought years ago from Derrick Cummings. Ended up buying from Derrick again. We were I. CA and called Derrick several times. He was so professional throughout the process never was he pushy or non supportive of whatever dealership we chose. Ended up going with Derrick. Drove back to Reno and completed the deal late on a Saturday night. He stayed late and made sure my son knew and could operate all the perqs of the car. I’ve bought many cars throughout my life. Hands down He is the best salesman, professional and mostly a soulful human being. The dealership is above and beyond a five star dealership.

I purchased a certified pre-owned HRV this weekend and overall it was a great experience. Our salesman, "Ray Luna" was fantastic! Upon arriving, he greeted us with a big smile and was extremely helpful! Ray asked what we were looking for and immediately presented us with 2-3 options. Ray was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles available and took care to explain what was included while not pressuring us. He was very kind and friendly which went a long way in helping in turning what is normally a stressful experience to a positive one. I highly recommend working with Ray when looking for your next vehicle, he won't disappoint.

Above expectations! So happy to have found Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda. My fiancé and I were both looking for new cars. From the moment we stepped foot on the lot, we were greeted by Darrick, who was absolutely awesome! He was professional, friendly, patient, informative and never once pushy. He allowed us time to look around and find the cars we wanted and answered every and all questions we had. With his help, we were both able to walk away with the cars we wanted. Mind you, he stayed until all paperwork was signed for both cars.The finance part is never fun but even at the end of the day (and I think understaffed) Irina was amazing. She was funny, welcoming and thorough, making sure I understood everything before signing. It was truly a pleasant experience and we are both loving our new cars; Ridgeline and hybrid CR-V! Ray and Corey were absolutely amazing to work with! I went there looking for my first car purchase and they did everything to work out a deal with me. Everyone we dealt with at this dealership were very respectful and worked hard at making sure I was taken care of. Ray was the absolute best!!
