I recently purchased a new Ram 3500 from Dolan Ram, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I had the pleasure of working with Jay Manipon, and he was exceptional from start to finish. I know I wasn't the easiest customer—I had plenty of questions, changed timelines, and there was even a delay while my truck was being transferred from another dealership. Through it all, Jay remained patient, responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way. He never made me feel like I was a burden and always took the time to answer my questions honestly. What impressed me most was that I never felt pressured. Jay genuinely wanted to make sure I found the right truck, and his communication and professionalism made the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable. Yesterday I drove home in my new Ram 3500, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. My sister and I went LOOKING for a car for her. We drove up and down Kietzke lane looking at cars. Decided to stop at, Dolan Dodge, where she bought her last car. We're just looking but, we found a car we both liked. Mr.Browning Grimmett(love his name) came out to help us and answered every concern we had. Took us on a test drive all the way to North Valleys to show to our 2 brothers for thier in put. He bonded instantly with my brothers and thier 40s and 50s cars. He answered all thier concerns as well. She decided to buy the car on the way back to town. Browning made it so easy. The gentleman(sorry can't remember his name) shame on me. He and I hit it off when we walked in. He made all the paperwork easy for us to understand.Browning even drove her to bank to get cashiers check. We were both pleased with the whole process.

When we got to Reno (traveling) we were in need of a truck. On line research led us to Dolan. We were shown the truck we bought by a young lady whose name I lost. CJ walked us thru the rest including additions to the vehicle we had to have. Alex took charge of delivery when everything was ready. Both were a God send to us. We are pulling a very heavy RV (from Pennsylvania). Registering the truck in Pa is a trick, but Christine (I think) handled it like nothing. All three of these folks went WAY out of their way to help us and continue to do so almost a month later. Just FYI. We’ve had the truck for 29 days and have put almost 6000 miles on it. At least 2000 of those towing heavy. The truck has performed flawlessly. We are very happy with it.

Great selection of vehicles. Found my dream truck here and the staff was super friendly and worked with me to meet my financial needs. Staff care and treat you like family instead of a sale. Parts and service department super friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoy the bigger waiting room vs the small room they had before.
