I have been a Nissan owner since 2001 owning 2, I replaced my 2001 Frontier that at 174000 was still in great condition but needed a newer model that was easier to steer. I bought a 2022 Nissan Frontier with very low mileage in February. About a month later I realized the truck bed liner did not fit right and was shaped like a bowl so everything wanted to go to the center. I was going to order the right liner for this truck and found out nobody makes them for this model. My son and I took the bed liner out and under it the bed of the truck was covered in debris and trash along with big holes in the bed of my truck! Called United Nissan and talked to one of the managers, then met with him and my salesman. They looked at the damage and told me they would pay for powder coating in the bed of the truck, but there was nothing they could do about the holes. It has been over a month now and many phone calls and texts messages with empty promises and now ghosting me. I purposely buy my vehicles from dealership believing they will stand by their product and customers. I will never support this business again.

I have a 2015 Nissan Sentra that I brought here due to issues accelerating and not exceeding 2 RPMs. The mechanic team did a diagnostics on my car and determined that I needed "a new transmission". They offered me options for financing and I thought they were super helpful and trusted they knew what they were doing. I even asked the tech who diagnosed my car "what the chances are that the new transmission would fix my issue" to which he responded "it will fix your issue. This is a common issue." Only after they changed my transmission and i continued to have the same issue i brought my car into the. for did I realize they just upsold me on a transmission i didnt need. When I went in to talk to the service department about this the managers response was "well now that we got the transmission out of the way, let's see what else could be causing the issue." I informed him that this process of quoting and charging me for the most expensive POSSIBLE issue wasnt a good option for me as I am a single mom working only part time at this time and I was now 6000 in debt for something that didnt resolve my issue. He informed me that because of "a code" the car provided they HAD to quote that the transmission needed to be changed. I explained that even though he got a code, this code was obviously not causing my issue as i continued to have it. They took my car a 2nd time. This time they indicated that a wiring harness was not properly attached and needed to be soldered. After this i was done the issue began to occur when my headlights were on. Upon contacting them about this I was told "this is a new issue. We werent informed that the issue occurred when the headlights were on. I attempted to explain that they were not informed of this because it was not the case until the soldered the wiring harness and that I dont have a new issue. That I was having the same symptoms that I brought my car into them for except they had somehow attached the issue to my head lights. After being 6000 in debt due to them misdiagnosed my car, I was told it would be an additional $500 for a tail light assembly because there was a crack in it allowing moisture in and causing my issue. So my issue remains unresolved and I have 2 different financing loans causing me thousands of debt just to continue to be quoted more money for an issue they didnt resolve to begin with. Im in the process of speaking to lawyers due to this. Save yourself the time and stress and take your car elsewhere. They dont know what they are doing and dont stand behind their work!
