Edit # 2 the car was purchased on July 24th. 7 days ago and driven 15 miles. The tire came like this. Nobody drives this car but me. No curbs were hit. As you can see from the pictures the gouge has been there for awhile because of the wear n tear on the edges of the gouge. My name is Kyle. I bought a 2013 ford Taurus sho. Here’s the pics of what I had to pay for yesterday. And the gash in my tire on tires that you claimed were brand new. So a new tire (the same tire) is an additional $200. I’d like to stop in and talk about this. Who should I contact? Feel free to pull my records for my phone number Sara was fantastic. While I appreciate the quick sales process and approval I had my concerns. I understand the “as is” sale but when I was told the car passed inspection and I took the car into my mechanic. They found the coolant to be bone dry on the verge of overheating n needing to replace the whole coolant system. Found a huge gouge in the tire, brake fluid was low, no wiper fluid and air filter was beyond dirty, sand, bugs, dirt in the air box. Also the spark plugs were trashed, injectors were dirty. Thank god they washed the engine bay though. Just be very careful n cautious when buying a car from them. Do your due diligence and have the car inspected before you buy. Cost me $900 to have it serviced. I will post my mechanics report when it’s done.

⭐️ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience I purchased a car from VIP Auto Sales and it broke down just three days after purchase. I had already put a down payment, yet I have now been without a car for over a month. No loaner vehicle was provided, and I’ve been left stranded while still making arrangements around a car I can’t even drive. What makes this worse is the customer service. When I call to get updates on a car I already paid for, I’m met with attitude, rudeness, and zero urgency. One of the female staff members in particular has been consistently rude, and instead of helping, the staff acts annoyed that I’m calling — even though I’m calling about a vehicle I haven’t been able to use since buying it. This has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. If you’re considering buying from VIP Auto Sales, be very careful. Once they have your money, you may be left without answers, without a car, and without any real support.
