We were in a bind, and I found a car on Facebook and contacted the poster. Sergio reached back out to me and we were in the office and left that day with the car. There were a few mechanical issues, but Santos was great and set it up to get it repaired, and I was back in my car a few days later! They went out of their way to help me. Great customer service. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a car!

Rigo and palid (sorry if i misspell your name) they work with ALL types of credit those 2 helped me to get my 2010 Hyundai Tucson limited and i absolutely love the car 😍😍🔥 i really appreciate them 2 helping me get my car and working with me customer service with them 2 was for sure a 10… did take a couple hours cause of paperwork an i was not insurance ready they also help with finding good pricing insurance. Can’t thank yall enough!! 🫶🏼

Got a Kia Optima from them not the one I originally wanted however not less than 2 hours leaving dealership car stopped on freeway . They came and got it and offered me the one I wanted first. However I was over charged al(1,300) for a coolant leak not provided diagnostic or receipt. Same problem happen 1 month later . GABBY did not call me back for a week and then was disrespectful to me on phone . Sense then they have been having tow trucks come haven’t heard from them sense April . Bad business and Gabby is disrespectful

Went in today just to look at a car. Told them I am working with a $1000 down payment and they straight up laughed in my face and said I should at least have $2000 if I wanna finance a car. The old guy with the glasses asked me if I had good credit. I told him it was decent and he laughed and said “who knows, it might be bad.” He also was on the phone and said in Spanish “I’m dealing with some kids that wanna buy a car” he printed out forms for me to sign without reading and I read them anyways. He told me I didn’t need to read it and to just sign. The forms said that I would be allowing them to run my credit as they please. I asked him if they were going to run my credit before I could even look at a car and he said yes. I’m young and still building my credit and don’t want to have a hard inquiry done until I know for sure that I want a specific car. They wouldn’t let me look at anything before signing so I left. As we were leaving he yelled at us saying that every dealer was going to run my credit before I look at anything. They were all weird don’t come here!!!
